The parking is outside and they should reserve an open parking for dropping off guests outside the gate.

The room was spacious with a sitting area and a bed. The shower was great with good pressure and volume. Coffee facilities were provided in the room. Location is near Mombasa road with easy access to the airport, the National Park and City Centre. Breakfast and dinner was also good.

The area did not seem to convenient to do sightseeing in the city. Therefore, it is relatively close to the international airport.

The hotel offered everything we needed - after a long trip, we needed to relax and enjoyed the big room, watching Netflix and taking a hot shower. Food was also good and the staff friendly. Would return.

When brushing the teeth, sink a bit far as I am not tall.

The room was very spacious and clean. The shower was good and it was easy to adjust the water temperature. Staff was helpful and frendly. I liked the fruits and the pancakes for breakfast.

Our room has a big mirror facing the toilet door directly to the toilet bowl which makes us feel uneasy. Additionally, the same mirror reflecting the location of the safe box inside the closet. The sink is too high which is not standard height. For smaller person like me, it was so inconvenient to use it plus the fact that the lavatory sink was too far from the edge which is about 6 inches.

The breakfast was good with a touch of Indian dish for the main dish. The location was a good spot especially if you're travelling back and heading to the airport. The staffs were good and helpful. The room was spacious. Good internet and entertainment with Netflix and the like to watch movies.

Neighbourhood is grim - not a problem if staying for a short period with the benefit of being close to the airport.

The best place we stayed in Kenya. Very spacious, clean and quiet room with air conditioning. The best thing was the bed - very large and very comfortable. The perfect place to relax. Breakfast is good and plentiful, served in the form of a buffet (fruit, cereals, croissants, toast, porridge, pancakes, potatoes, beans, vegetables, sausages or fish fingers or chicken, eggs, juices, tea, coffee). There is a restaurant in the hotel. You can order meal to your room or eat in the restaurant. We took advantage and ordered dinner to the room. The meal was quite good. Very decent and fast hotel service. We used the washing and ironing services and were satisfied. Good price and good job. We used the free underground parking lot. Nice view from the roof. We felt good and safe in this hotel. We highly recommend it.

The only thing for us was the bathrooms could have been a little bit better looked after as there were some cracks in the floors and walls which was slightly disconcerting, however everything worked well the showers and toilets were all clean and easy to use.

We only stayed one night before being picked up for Safari the next day so we are unsure if the location is safe etc. However for one night this hotel was fine. We had two adjoining rooms, with nice comfortable beds, which was great as we were all jetlagged! We were able to order some room service which was really yummy! We all had a great nights sleep, and we had a nice hot shower the next day as well. The breakfast was extra but for what you get is very cheap! There was plenty of fruit, cereal, hot foods such as sausages, potatoes and eggs, and a choice of coffees which were freshly made by the barista.

The area looked very unsafe, but I was taking Uber and picked up by safari so it was all good. I wouldn't recommend walking or using public transport here. There were many people in the lobby and restaurants making noise but all okay.

The hotel from inside is very decent, rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. There's a restaurant downstairs and they have laundry service.

This was the first of two single night stays during our trip, this stay was good, we had a very late check in and settled to bed right away, the room was big and adequate for our family, and quite comfortable. We were up early and had the included breakfast before leaving on our safari and breakfast was good, buffet style, and plentiful.
