I love natural yoghurt and would have wanted that perhaps on the breakfast menu. Also, I enjoy only certain fruits, such as berries and so maybe that could be thought about. Also, perhaps, greater availability of cold sparkling water would be encouraged. And finally, a kettle in the rooms would be nice. No need for coffee or tea as guests can provide this themselves.

Friendly staff all round. They are capable of doing personal favours (go beyond what is expected of an establishment). The food is really tasty and there is variety to the menu. Generally, a lovely place to stay and I will definitely come back. Above all, you feel welcomed in this place. The bathroom is simple and functional and the water was hot and the water pressure was fine. Overall, a nice feeling to lodge here.

There was no upkeep service after the first day, no one asked to come clean the room, to refill soaps, towels, or even water bottles. Dishes from room service sat outside the room for a whole day/night which doesn't really provide cleanliness.

The food and drinks took long to be ready. This happened when we ordered breakfast in the restaurant and when we ordered room service.

The food was good. Many of the staff, especially the ones at the reception, were very nice to us. They let us stay longer on our check out day. We also had an unexpected private issue during our stay, which they fixed with no extra charge.

The room was very clean,and the staff was very accommodating. You could text mid-hours and get assisted without complaints. The breakfast was phenomenal, very filling and fresh fruits. I genuinely enjoyed my stay at Samra. Thank you for the staff in attempts to locate my lost luggage at the airport.

During the night it was very loud, due to the street next to the window (Budget room). It took very long till the water in the shower was hot. The breakfast was ok - you were able to choose between different dishes of four categories (meat, egg, starchs, additional items) - for us as Germans it was a bit difficult to find something to eat.

Our check-in was very smooth and the employees were very friendly all the time. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. We can highly recommend the restaurant. The food is very delicious and you can enjoy everything in your room if you want. We could also leave our luggage after check out till the evening to go out in the afternoon.

Bit of a nit pick here, but the room could do with air conditioning, although the fan was adequate.

How l have not come across this little gem of a hotel is beyond me. Everything about the hotel was to my liking. The staff were curtious, friendly and well mannered. The food was tasty and in no way bland. The breakfasts were delicious, l could not manage to finish everything that l was was given. The room was more than adequate, the Internet was always good, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. Added touches like shower gel from a dispenser and even a mosquito plug in, made it even better. All in all, a very satisfying stay and whenever l'm going to Nairobi again, l will definitely be booking this hotel.

Construction Constant traffic flow with constant hooting. I guess this what you will get being on a main road.

I unfortunately got sick on the 2nd day Inn due to too much partying on my first night Inn.. Samra kept an eye out on me and fortunately there is a hospital across the road.. literally across the road if needed. From room service to restaurant , I have nothing bad to say about the people. You might get slightly overwhelmed during lunch time, as a good number of outsiders come in after mosque prayers for something to eat. Construction will be a problem for a while (if you plan to be indoors during the day) , as digging has just started for some apartments next door and your windows are not sound proof. Food/drinks -Good and cheap food. Freshly done daily.. -Juice is fresh as well.

hotel location is not in the city center and is a bit far from major atraction in Nairobi and you need Uber to get to any mall and shoping center to Nairobi but it's close to the Airport and Nairobi terminus. hotel has no beer or alcoholic drink in the menu

we were 3 nights in this hotel, rooms were clean and staff were very friendly, Breakfast was not buffet system but it's very delicious and enough also meal price in resturant is suitable with good variety and so delicius.
