Some wear and tear of the room. Shower could use a water softener, was a bit clogged due to the salty water.

Nice hotel, feels like a paradise with the white buildings and nice roofs. Good location for snorkeling, water sports, shop and restaurants nearby.

Breakfast is buffet but very kenyan style, lots of meat and potatos... Also the coffee machine was often broken, but I enjoyed the fruit more than the kenya breakfasts stuff. Restaurant is pretty average, there are better options next door.

Nice and clean hotel with pool and right on the beach. It was a ncie stay, staff is very helpful and keeps the hotel in good clean conditions.

The location is amazing! I could watch the sunrise from my bedroom. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and not overpriced . Should I visit Mombasa again, I am definitely staying here !Also, Haller park, one of the must see places of Mombasa is very closeby.

Super receptionists Rose and Faith are welcoming with warm hearts, helpful and ready to go extra mile. The restaurant team team is super, could only remember madam Judy and Purity, they joined together to surprise my hubby a big plus.The breakfast was amazing, not forgetting the chefs who ensure the provide tastee and yummy food. Thanks a bunch.

Unfortunately the water supply is rather salty which I wasn’t aware of. Breakfast was ok. I had dinner the first night which was a disappointment, however the are numerous places in walking distance that solve the problem

The staff was super friendly and very fast, friendly and helpful to make my stay really comfortable. It is located right on the beach and is frequented also by locals which made the experience even nicer. Also the place feels very safe.

The check out time is quite early.

Size of the room was great. Breakfast had varieties and was changing everyday. It's proximity to the beach made the stay very comfortable. The staff were amazing and very attentive to details. Pauline was very accommodating and she recognized our special occasion by upgrading us to a very spacious room with ocean view. I would recommend this resort to anyone who want to relax. Thank you all and we will be back again.

lots of mosquitoes in the room. we had to ask for spray as they didn’t even spray the rooms when they were cleaning. Unable to get fresh juice or cocktails at the bar or restaurant.

Breakfast however was abit of a let down for me the food is well prepared just very small quantities and little variety. The main meals are however super! Breakfast is a 5 for me.

The location is perfect beach front, very safe. The rooms are exceptionally clean and well furnished. The staff extremely professional and courteous. It feels like a home away from home they anticipate your needs.

Low water pressure, Luke warm water, flies at the restaurant-issues that can be dealt with as I think the faculty is great.

Location and proximity to the mall and other attractions. The front office lady was exceptionally in helping us around. The food is great and value for money, I’d recommend eating at the restaurant any day/
