The room and especially the bathroom need a renovation. The bathroom was full of lime and in general very outdated. We had air conditioning in our room but it was not making much of a difference.. I also find it a shame that beach bar closes so early since at night it's also very cool!

The location was amazing and we really enjoyed the beach bar! It's the perfect place to relax. The breakfast was also very good as they prepare omelettes and pancakes for you on the spot. Food at the beach bar was not the best but not bad.

Where we need to deduct some points is the quality of the food in the Restaurant. It is more something to grab a snack than really going for lunch or dinner. And the variety in their playlist. I think really they only had 10 different songs and I heard a remix of the song "Supergirl" 20 times during our stay. Please add some more songs! ;-)

They offer several trips, from which we have selected one (Kisite), which was really cool and one of our highlights in Kenia. We liked their direct access to the beach with a bar, where we spent some hours per day.

Bad WiFi connexion. Food in the restaurant was average. Activities were supposed to happen but we didn't see anything (salsa course, game night) Paid activities from the place were expensives (150$ for scuba diving, 25$ for 1hour of kayak...) Many "couples" of young Kenyan girls and old white men in the bar, visible in many places in the diani beach but especially there ...

The Standart room nrb 7, in which we stayed, need urgent renovations...noisy Ventilator, rusty shower, not functional Moskito net....but all complaints hat been resolved quickly....

Clean place, Staff is friendly, Beach Bar is nice with good food and Drinks...chilled atmosphere All over...Quiet at nighthours... Gym, Kite Center, direct on the beach....

The private rooms are quite old and could use some upgrades. The ceiling fan on the highest setting wasn't as strong as needed with the humidity. The toilet handle needed a few turns to flush properly. The shared kitchen could also use some upgrades with the kitchenware Overall, it was a good stay and I enjoyed Soul Breeze.

The staff are amazing and extremely helpful! The resort offers a wide range of activities, beach volleyball, gym, dance classes, events, scuba diving, kite surfing, massage area, restaurant and bar so you have most of what you need on site. The beach front is gorgeous and you can chill out with a beautiful view all day.

The food place/ restaurant closes rather early so one must have early meals. -before 8:00pm EAT.

The location is beach front ,so resting right in front of the ocean is a plus. The reception team was very friendly. Including providing recommendations for adventures within Diani + supporting you with tour guides to get you around. Moving on to the restaurant team and everybody who worked there- it was a receptive team. It was a well done treat.

It is a bit far at the end of Diani beach- which is location/beach wise not at all bad, but beware that the next ATM is a tuk tuk ride away.

It is right next to the beach, which is rare since all the other hotels fenced themselves pretty much in and there is a ‘wall’ to the beach. There is wifi everywhere. You can watch the sunrise in the morning. The beach restaurant is very good with reasonable prices and large portions. The service staff (restaurant, reception, security, sports) is very friendly. They even have a security doing a great job keeping too annoying sellers from the beach at a distance.

The female wait staff on the earlier part of the trip have obvious preferential treatment to certain guests. If you love chilli, carry your own.

Stayed for 3 nights. After a harrowing transportation system, being received by Ivy was the upturn I needed. Ivy was super helpful during my stay with activity referrals, chill spot and all round kindness. Breakfast was more than decent. Food at the restaurant was fantastic!!!! Joseph on the wait staff was the epitome of great service. Cleanliness of the environment was superb.

I didn't like the poor state of some facilities; 1. shower sprinkles water all over the toilet floor, and there was no mat to dry feet. . I would recommend a barrier between bath area and toilet area 2. Toilet sink had a low quality tap that had some pressure that splashed water all over when I was brushing my teeth. So all the used paste was jumping back at me after a spit 3. The bathing soap, in addition to being extremely tiny, wasn't enough for the stay. They need to consider the fact that salty water consumes lot of soap. But I don't mind having my own soap 4. Need to provide a bucket or basin in the bathroom. It's a basic bathroom requirement especially when shower water is too hot to be allowed directly onto the skin

I liked the place generally and I plan to visit for a second time: 1. very friendly staff who treats guests as one of their own. I forgot I was new haha 2. the food and drinks was super, 3. the location near the beach awesome, 4. The environment is so natural and nice to anyone who wants to stay away from the comfort of home 5. The gym area, wow, it was nice and the boys are good at helping someone learn basic body workout 6. General respect to guests is up top 7. Bedding was so clean

Very beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly, restaurant on site, food was affordable and best of all are the beach activities. Never a dull day at soul breeze. Somewhere i would visit again!

Soul Breeze Resort also has a restaurant at the beach, The food is reall good and fresh made, but sometimes the food takes to long. They did not inform in advance that it can take long, we waited about 1 hour for a Pizza.

The room we stayed in was quite warm in the evening, but if you go to bed later then it cools down.

Breakfast was very good, the beachside lounge had a good atmosphere and the big screen upstairs for watching the World Cup was a bonus.

The rooms did not have their own mini fridges. It would have been great to have access to a mini fridge to store food and water

Soul Breeze is right by the beach and provides easy access. It is very peaceful and tranquil, and given that I was working remotely, this greatly helped me.
