There are no self catering units. Just a fitted kitchen with no equipment or utensils. There is no tumble drier. . The area does not have a swimming beach.

The place is lovely. Staff are excellent. Breakfast is really good.

On the food section, the vegetable(mchicha not really well done). Then TV in the room and WiFi. But everything else was perfect. Then there was a time we called for room assistance . we called 4 times, they were like the technician is coming but never turned up

The beach is not clean and accessible. And with the hotel located an hour away from Mombasa, it is kind of isolated with its only beach, way off where other hotel beaches are.

Great facilities with large rooms and a great view of the ocean. Staff was welcoming, caring and professional. We liked the live band on Saturday. The pool was clean and nice.

○The beds are outdated and bathroom accesories are broken down- Rusty shower heads ,mirrors, bathtub and swimming pool tiles. ○The food was very disappointing. A 3 star meal at best. The options very limited, and they didn't provide a buffet meal for lunch or dinner. A menu provided with only 2 options of main course. That was the most dissapointing and subpar thing overall. ○. No hot water in shower and no provisions to make tea in the room. The toilet paper brand was very subpar/low quality. The water in bathroom is salty! Overall if these things are addressed it could be a great place.

The hotel is large on a vast acreage. Multiple options for swimming overlooking the beach. Great views of the sea from the room. Clean rooms generally, and large. The pool staff and the dining staff were patient and friendly. Pleasant interactions overall.

- The hotel had overbooked the family rooms (new towers) thus resulting to sending guests to different rooms that we did not book for. The stay in the rooms in the resort section was not comfortable. - Rooms in the resort section can do with an overall of the beddings, air conditioning, provide a telephone in the room and generally modernize the rooms to the same status as the rooms in the new tower. - Management did not keep its word (not honest), first with over booking rooms, promising changes but only acted after tough confrontation, and they left their staff to clean up after their mess instead of owning up and providing solutions. - The property can invest more in entertainment in the rooms especially the TV. For all the days we spent the TV never worked and the ICT person never bothered to provided any solution despite reporting the issue. - The shop was partially functional thus we had to send for a few essentials we required outside the hotel. Consider expanding the services offered and also intentionally inform the guests about available and un-available services.

- Most of the staff were very pleasant, helpful, friendly and acted professionally even when confronted with tough situations. - The property is family friendly, they developed activities for each day to keep different groups active catering for children, youth and adults. - The tower is family friendly with spacious rooms and its generally comfortable. - Menu was wide enough to cater for the needs of children and adults adequately. - There were several swimming pools which enabled the hotel to cater for a large number of guests, and the hotel provided adequate staff to provide supervision for children and support to the swimmers. Safety first was the rule. - The property has a considerable number of games (Table Tennis, darts, pool table, swimming, water polo, beach walks, checkers). Consider adding more indoor games.
