The fact that everything is near you,that is the beach,shopping centre and a chill out spot which you can have good cocktails. Staff were always available when we needed help.Being our second time here ,the 4 o'clock coffee and snacks really moved us

The location is excellent and a minute's walk to the beach . Amenities are on point and the comfort is commendable. Peris and Monica were very proactive and friendly in their service. We shall definitely be coming back..!

There's nothing to dislike, maybe I'd call it something else as I can't say the name of it 🤣

Monica & Paris were fabulous ladies who greeted us every morning with smiles & laughs. The home is well equipped and has everything you need, drinking water provided too. The location is good, out the gate and a few minutes to the left is the beach & a few minutes to the right is the main road & a supermarket across the road. There's a guard at the gate all night. The shower is good & powerful. It's homely. I didn't take my photos but the pics on booking.com are realistic.

We returned to V-Szameitat Homes for the second time. The staff here is very pleasant, kind and helpful. The place is very quiet, a short walk from shops and restaurants on Diani Beach. It is only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We love monkeys in the garden. We are already looking forward to our next stay🥰

As a result of staying an extra night we had an extremely early start the next day to catch the 8am train from Mombasa to Nairobi, but it was worth it.

We had such a good time at Diani Beach that we stayed an extra night.

We had a little bit of trouble finding the place initially, Google maps sent us off the main road one street early.

Communication was easy - Viata kept in contact with us through WhatsApp, Faith and Rosemary ensured that we were well looked after and answered all our questions with friendly smiles, and Rosemary gave us a tour of the grounds and the beach when we arrived. The beach was a short walk along a walkway lined with bouganvillea, the pool and garden were lovely, breakfast was filling, we had plenty of bottled water, and we were also provided with food for dinner because we were originally arriving late at night. ATM, supermarket and restaurants conveniently across the road. Viata arranged a tour during our stay and a driver back to Mombasa. We couldn't access Mpesa so Viata helped us buy return train tickets to Nairobi. A lovely place to relax and unwind after a busy holiday.

The pillows had definitely seen better days & an update is overdue. We would also have hoped we could swim after 6pm, so maybe pool hours could be an extended in the evening. My partner also noted that the manager only spoke to me, not him at all. For example, she shook my hand as goodbye but did not shake his or even say bye towards him.

Great value property at a very good location. Supermarket, restaurants & beach all a few min walk away. The apartment itself was comfortable and we enjoyed our short stay very much. We also slept well, felt safe and there were no disruptive sounds, even if in a central location. We would stay again.

I loved how communicative the host was. The staff were so good and gracious to us. The daily breakfast was top notch. The location was just perfect. My only regret is they were not able to let us extend since there were other guests checking in. 10/10, would do it again in a heartbeat!

Very nice place, and I'll be going back when time allows! Very clean, well kept, loads of green garden space and super helpful staff who made a variety of breakfast dishes. Excellent value.

Nothing i can think off really

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. On arrival Rosemary kindly received me and showed me to my room, around the facilities, and how to access the beach from the compound. Esther, the assistant manager was really the star of the show. She offered me delicious lunch 😋. She helped me out with how to navigate the local transportation to get to the Likono Ferry to Mombasa after check-out, even organized a TukTuk to come pick me up to take me to the local bus. She really went above and beyond The room was as advertised and clean, with Smart TV and internet access. Full kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is also brought to your toom 😊. I will stay here again on my next trip to Mombasa. Highly recommended.

Nothing, we liked everything. Just need to pay extra electricity if you use the aircon a lot, but it wasn’t a problem as is not expensive.

The whole place is really nice, the area is beautiful, nice garden with big swimming pool, just a few meters from the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Super clean house, big enough and very comfortable, with nice Smart tv, it has water dispenser and has everything you need for cooking. Fans and air cons works well, big living room and they provide daily breakfast. All staff is very nice and kind, the owner is very helpful, she helped us to arrange taxi and answered all our questions immediately. We will definitely come back!

The problem is that the place is so good that we couldn’t stay more days, because it was already booked.

Grate space, with a comfy coach, well-equipped kitchen and hot shower. Fast Wi-Fi and delicious breakfast. Nice common areas, like the pool. So near the beach!

The location is wonderful-5 minutes to the beach, supermarket and gift shops. The cottage is spacious with two bedrooms, large living room and kitchen equipped with everything you need including a water machine. The tasty breakfast (eggs and sausage, local pancakes, fruits, juice, milk) is served inside the room. A nice veranda with garden furniture and lots of naughty monkeys which amused us a lot. All the ladies taking care of the property are kind and helpful. Great place to stay and feel at home.

You need to pay extra for electricity. So if you sleep with air conditioning, probably you will need to pay more. We pay extra around 4 dollars because electricity was off during second night

Wifi did not work as it should, frequent outages. Few sunbeds by the pool, none at all by the ocean. Very annoying vendors on the beach.

Excellent accommodation, clean, in a beautiful garden with a pool, guarded at night. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. The ocean was great, only the sunbeds were missing (both by the ocean and by the pool). The nearby supermarket is well stocked, as well as an outdoor stand with vegetables and fruit. Restaurants in the area with excellent food and drinks, everything is clean. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a pleasant background for safari and other trips.
