The buildings are all lacking a good paint job! They should always be painted and fresh looking!!! Lacking in basic equipment i.e. kettle, toaster oven for roasting food, cutlery, cooking pots and pans and waste bins. We had to ask for hand towels and all the above mentioned items!!! The place was not aired and freshened before our arrival and smelt stale and damp!! Too much noise from the road side with cars, trucks. Tuktuk’s and workers on building sites around the area!! The parking is way too far from the apartments!! Some apartment’s were well kept and very nice, but we were not given these better ones!! The master toilet was leaking and even after the plumbers came to “fix” it still leaked and was very inconvenient and unsanitary!! The mosquito curtain’s couldn’t close !!! The cushions and sofa cushion’s covers and sponge are all tired looking and old and faded!!! The TV couldn’t be used as none of them are connected to any internet nor any DSTV or any pay TV which means it wasn’t worth it!! It is part of the package but couldnt be used!! Not good.

The gardens all round was well kept and beautiful. The apartments were spacious and the beds were great and very comfortable. The cleaning, the laundry and security staff as well as the ex manager Jerry were wonderful!! The pool is well kept and clean. The place is beautiful in general.

I was expecting the jacuzzi tub which was non functional and I was very disappointed by this.

I enjoyed the stay immensely, there were a few issues however they weren't significant enough to sour my vacation.

The flies - i think abit more cutlery in the kitchen wld also help - the toilet flush in one of the rooms kept breaking down, it was annoying

the property needs updating. it lacks proper maintenance and upkeep. it needs to be repainted, the rooms, bathrooms and kitchen need a proper scrub down and modernizing. this property has potential to be really great. I would also suggest that ac units and fans be installed throughout the villas and not just the bedrooms.

the pool was great! and the location was good. it’s not on the beach but it’s close.

- The rooftop terrace requires shading, e.g. by means of sails to: a) provide shade when using the rooftop, but above all, b) to prevent the ceilings of the bedrooms below from getting hot and radiating the heat into the rooms during the night. Currently, it is an energetic nightmare to have to operate noisy air-conditioning throughout the night to counter the heat radiation of the bedroom ceilings. - water for showering could have been a bit warmer - although not included in the offer; it would have been fantastic for the existing hot tub/jacuzzi to be functional.

It’s quite a distance from the beach she will have to take transportation to the beach. It’s not walkable.

We have visited this hotel many times. Caro is a professional and excellent host. She is one of the best hotel managers in Diani Beach. Caro always goes the extra mile to ensure we have a comfortable stay. The staff are professional and friendly from housekeeping to security. The hotel is secure and safe, and the facilities from the gym to the spa are fantastic. Eddie who is also one of the Managers is also a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.
