It is a rather basic hotel, but I understand it is one of the best, if not the best, in Narok. There was no mosquito net in my room and the first night there were mosquitos. The second night I used mosquio spray. Nobody cleaned the room during our stay and the bathroom became a bit messy as the water from the shower was all around.

The hotel is off the main road in a quiet local neighbourhood. It has very friendly and welcoming staff and they did all they could to make our stay comfortable.

taxi charge you 500ksh for a drive of 5 minutes but this does not depend on the hotel of course

Rooms were clean, very good and abundant breakfast. They helped us booking a taxi, very friendly and welcoming.

The rough road leading there and signage is not well done.

The cleanliness, polite staff, good food, comfortable room, great view of town by night, security.

Maybe try to get a kibarua to flatten the access road, maybe make a nicer sign for the place and maybe spruce up the menu a bit. Having said that we loved the place.

We liked the room, the whole place and atmosphere. The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and has a good aura. It's fair value for money. If we had time we would stay longer.

Ordered dinner at their restaurant. Waited for almost 3h without any notes when or if food will be ready. Food was also not so great in the end, should have rather picked a restaurant down town.

We stayed here to break up the long journey from Amboseli to Masai Mara. It’s a clean and rather modern hotel and fine for a night. Well located near the main road in a local neighbourhood.

There wasn't anything to dislike about the place.

Comfortable, cosy, and warm room considering Narok's cold during this time of the year.

Wifi could have been a bit more robust.

This is the best hotel in Narok Town. The room was super comforting and impeccably clean. What really stood out though was the high quality of the service. On top of all of this is that the price is a real bargain.

One of the things i love about this place is Mercy who doubles up as the waitress and also receptionist. She is warm, always giving you a smile and her service is so prompt. Also the place is quiet and i love the sunset from the balcony. The meals were really delicious.

though it seems as a new place and still developing, they can improve by adding a well stock bar since Town is a bit far. they can also improve on the breakfast menu by having varieties.

very clean and comfy room and bed, I couldn't believe I was only charged that for the whole amenities, definitely value for my money!!! the staff were more than helpful, friendly and professional, they made my stay homely. the location is perfect if you are looking for some where peaceful and welcoming away from the busy Narok town. food was prepared by a good chef. really enjoyed my stay, and definitely will be back.

Mosquito nets for the beds would be a nice addition.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. They even washed our car after a very muddy safari drive! Breakfast was very large and filling. Location is very convenient as well, right off the highway. You do need a 4 wheel drive or at least a vehicle with good ground clearance and suspension to get there though.

Nice rooms and really comfortable beds. Looks on the website little bit like an anonymous business hotel but its not at all. we stayed here as backpackers and the staff was awesome polite, cordial and its been a gorgeous service. We felt welcomed all time and I can recommend to stay without any doubt. Would stay here again for sure! Thanks again to the whole team.

Most of the food on the menu was not available. It is basically just a room with no atmosphere. I expected much better after reading other reviews.

The service was relatively good and the room was clean. The food that was available was tasty enough.

nothing it’s about 20 min walk of Narok center of town, close enough to walk but far enough to be calmer

spacious room, with large double bed. bathroom with shower, toilet 🙌🏽 boiler in the room for tea and coffee, balcony, calm surroundings 🌴 very nice staff, friendly and really trying to fulfill all of our needs at all times 😀 excellent restaurant 🥘🥞🍳🥭🍌 and the staff also went out of their way to set us up with very strong and fast WiFi as we were spending several days at the hotel to work and needed to be sure to have a reliant internet at all times 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
