It is a pity to have to pay an amount for breakfast (however it is not so rich to justify it). While being close to Nairobi Wilson, it is far from down town.

It was well situated to Nairobi Wilson Airport (you just cross the bridge). Had large, clean rooms. Staff was great.

My room door didn't close and secure easily, it needed effort an older person or child probably would have difficulty with. Also, workers? Started at 4:30 am in the area outside.

Hotel is too near a major road

Plenty to eat with cereal and fruit and more so bill was embedded in the hotel charge.

I stayed twice within 3 weeks. My first room was closer to the road, so much more noisy compared to the one I stayed the second time. According to the website, rooms had private balconies, however, this is not true, no room has a balcony. Generally, no reasons to complain, I felt welcome.

The hotel is not far from the Nairobi international airport and very close to the Nairobi National Park, the Bomas of Kenya, the Giraffe orphanage, the Elephant orphanage, the city center, the National Museum, and other places worth to visit. I chose it since it was close to my place of work and was pleasantly surprised by all other places I could easily visit. The personnel was perfect - professional, friendly, supportive. One more thing - the coffee was delicious!

The internet was not very reliable with several outages during my stay and rather slow. However, considering the quality in other African countries, it was good. The D-block room was quite noisy due a close busy road. Water in the washbasin in the bathroom was barely flowing from the faucet and never warm.

The personnel friendliness, care, and smiles were the best part. Always supportive, warm, helpful. Quick in addressing guests' requests and finding solutions. From the housekeeping, to the receptionists and doorkeepers, they always made my day. Not to forget mentioning the excellent drivers who knew everything about Nairobi and Kenya. One of the reasons for my hotel choice was the proximity of my workplace since I did not want to waste time in traffic. I did not regret. The rooms are spacious, the international airport not far away, while the Wilson airport is across the street, which make it very convenient for shorter trips.

Great location, really appreciated having a driver wait for my very delayed plane. Welcoming arrival and comfortable room. Nice breakfast and excellent staff (thank you Esther for your replies!) Super easy to get across to Wilson airport for the internal flight. Will definitely stay here again

Lighting in room is a cold and a bit harsh, not cosy feeling. Pillows could be more comfortable. (I did not eat here so cannot advise).

Situated very close to Wilson Airport - good for safari flights with early morning departures. Helpful reception organised a free early morning shuttle driver to airport - literally 5 mins away or less. (I did not eat here so cannot advise)

The hot water didn’t work. Maintenance came but the problem was not resolved for the duration of our stay. We sent our passport copies for a smoother checkin and still had to do it again on arrival.

the food was awful, a basic order wasn’t met, a caesar salad with no Caesar sauce, chicken satay skewers which arrived with a mushroom sauce, we sent it back the chicken was reheated and the sauce was then a thicker mushroom sauce. the excuse was it was a new chef. after bringing this to the attention of the waitress the hotel didn’t even offer a further explanation.
