The apartment was spacious, luminous, clean and fully equipped. Thorough house keeping everyday. The kitchen has everything you need from pots and pans to cutlery and everything in between to make the self catered experience wholesome. There is a supermarket at the Yaya centre which is super convenient for quick grocery shopping. Jacinta at the reception desk has been helpful and accommodating from the booking process to the last day, always with a smile!

I stayed at Yaya Apartments for almost a week. The hotel is super clean with very comfortable beds and furniture. The location is excellent, being next to Yaya Mall and close to a supermarket. The receptionist, Ruth, was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to answer all of our questions and make us feel at home. She really deserves most of the credit over all the other staff.

The request for passport identification by security guards at the entrance gate prior to check-in, is a bit intrusive, especially when you have to re-present the same document at the front desk.

The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable and relaxing. There is sufficient space in the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. The complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, and milk are exemplary and unique to Yaya Center. I like the swimming pool and the privacy provided by this facility. The proximity of the shopping center and other eateries adds value.

Kenya has a lot of power surges, mostly in the morning but the hotel has a generator that comes on during the surge.

The apartment was very clean and modern. It looked just like the photos. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The location is great. It right next to the mail and only a short drive to Nairobi National Park. The area is also safe and they have excellent security. The apartment is gated and security escort your delivery to your apartment. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. Renovation was going on throughout stay which was a bit noisy and slightly disruptive. This is obviously a temporary issue.

Fantastic location, close to amenities, city and park. Security flawless and all staff really friendly and helpful. Fantastic, large pool. A little cold but not too much so and meant for an invigorating swim.

Just one suggestion, it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms.

It’s very clean and spacious. Well stocked with kitchenware for cooking meals. Having facilities for laundry onsite was a bonus.

The pillows were too big for me, hopefully they can have smaller or flat kinda pillows for better comfort. but other than that my expectations were met.

The apartments are newly renovated hence making them very beautiful and spacious. The location is perfect it's central to most restaurants & , shopping complex. Will definitely be back

Future guests are so lucky- the main lobby was under construction and will be ready soon! And the gym has plans for improvement as well! None of this really mattered for now though, everything was still excellent and usable.

Beautiful and very comfortable apartment, amazing showers, great AC, helpful/friendly staff (they’re really the best!), incredible and secure location! We loved that it was next to the yaya centre and we could go to CJ’s or Unseen Nairobi (awesome rooftop bar) just 2 minutes away. It was really easy to catch an Uber from the entrance as well.

No food options at the actual residence. It would be helpful if you had a restaurant option within the residence. The requirement to charge a fee for any guests that visit after midnight is simply absurd. You should consider reviewing this policy.

Conveniently located next to Yaya Centre. Very spacious apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Outdoor area with big pool. Yes, they are undergoing renovation, but it was well communicated upfront, and we did not mind. Super friendly and helpful staff, ready to accommodate special requests. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

There was a free washer and dryer in the basement but only one of each for the whole building. Luckily they were available most days.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We booked a 3-bedroom but were upgraded to a 4 bedroom. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful and housekeeping was very thorough. Very nice furnishings and kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/dishes and utensils. Location was great next to the Yaya Center which has restaurants, pharmacy, shopping, DHL, supermarket, etc.
