Maybe provision of a washing machine could have been a little more pleasant. I didn't like the fact that I booked a one bedroomed apartment and I was given a 3 bedroomed apartment. I was told they were under renovation which I didn't believe because during my entire stay, the apartment next to mine was occupied by a guest. Even when I asked to have a look before I left for my future bookings I wasn't allowed to even when the apartment was open with no guest inside. I questioned honesty of the staff in this regard.

The facility is very comfortable with modern features and a good location having proximity to the shopping centre and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff

The internal communication system could be improved. The only functional phone in the apartment has a low ring tone and situated in the bedroom, while the one in the living room is not function.

The room is clean, comfortable, and equipped with new household appliances that are functional for daily use. The location is situated centrally with easy access to shopping malls, transportation, and places of entertainment.

There is still quite a bit of building work ongoing; which was quite noisy at times. Overall, there's not much we didn't like, only little things really such as having bins in the bathrooms and in the rooms, full-size mirror for the room.

The location:We liked being next to the mall, with all the different amenities we needed. Security was very good. Our apartment was great for use, too, and staff were professional, helpful, kind, and friendly.

I would to thank Ruth and Jacinta for their amazing hospitality and specially Joyce thank you for making sure our apartment is comfortable daily!!, I don’t think my stay in Nairboi would be the same without their great hospitality, Absolutely amazing. They helped us in making our stay so enjoyable and pointed us in the right direction for activities such as safari. A big thank you to the security staff for their amazing presence when the protests were happening I have never felt more safe in a foreign country. The location is very convenient literally next to the Yaya centre for great food and across the road is Kilimani Mall. Absolutely amazing experience but I’ll be back soon. The hot water supply is limited and doesn’t last for everyone to shower if you are in a group.

The location is great, close to the Yaya shopping center where there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment is spacious and very clean.

The area is quite noisy.

The apartment was large and nicely furnished. It was extremely comfortable to come back to after a hectic day of sightseeing. We especially liked the connection to the neighbouring mall which meant it was easy to pop out to a restaurant or grab a take-away. The staff were exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. Overall we felt that the Yaya offered good value for money and we would definitely stay here again.

There is not a restaurant on-site. However, the mall is a very short walk away with lots of options and we also found several restaurants in walking distance. Plus the kitchen made it possible to grocery shop for items and there is a grocery store located at the mall.

Rooms look exactly like the pictures. Our 4 bedroom/3.5 bath apartment was bright, spacious and well-furnished. The staff was extremely helpful and consistently responsive.

I liked everything about the place. There was nothing to dislike.

Fabulous location and accommodations. The apartment was huge, well apportioned, and immaculate. There was a beautiful pool and tennis court it you wanted to use them. Although they haven;t completed the restaurant, it is an anchor to the YaYa Center Mall, which had plenty of dining options. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

A restaurant (which I am told is coming soon) would be nice especially for breakfast and room service. Still a little construction going on and one of the lifts is now a service lift for this reason

Our one bedroom apartment was tastefully furnished and had views of the outdoor swimming pool. It was kept clean and tidy daily by the housekeeping service, which makes a big difference when travelling with children. The staff were pleasant and always happy to help. I also liked its proximity to the shopping mall, which bordered the hotel.

There was no washing machine in the apartments. There is a general laundry room which does not befit the level of Yaya Apartment.

The ambience and the courteous staff. The place is neat and spacious. Close to a mall that gives advantage of having access to various things that are needed.
