Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

LatviaBreakfast opens at 8:00 was too late for me. All furniture is ok but visible, not new, and also needs some maintenance, somewhere should be enough just to tighten the screews. Curtains, it seems we're not cleaned for a long time. Also, bed linden all was nice and clean, but I expected a higher quality.
Silent small boutique type hotel a little bit away from main streets. Kind and very friendly staff. All necessary amenities were there. Breakfast is good enough and rich.

This hotel is exceptional value for money. Location is fair but ideal if you like a quieter property. Rooms are spacious and are spotlessly clean. Very good breakfast

I have stayed for a week in here and it felt safe. The hotel is hidden from the city hustle, however, you might hear the trains passing by. The big plus of this place was an AC!!! In Bishkek- you need it! The breakfast was the same everyday, but the stuff serving it were always extremely polite.

United StatesWe loved our stay and would love to come back next time we're in Bishkek, these were minor inconveniences: The bed in our room was a bit firm. The shower door was leaking water because of a not secure seal. We couldn't make our TV to work - couldn't pick up channels.
Great hotel in the center of Bishkek! We only stayed for one night but were very impressed with service. We got a free upgrade to a suite with separate bedroom and living room which was perfect since it gave us more space with our 2 year old. The crib was already waiting for us as requested when we entered the room. The room had everything you might need for a comfortable stay including a mini fridge, a teapot and a microwave. The room was thoroughly clean. Breakfast was FANTASTIC with a variety of food choices including some local dishes. Each member of staff was friendly and helpful. We needed a taxi to go back to the airport in the morning and the front desk lady called it for us. There are lots of shops and cafes close to the hotel, very conveniently located.

It's not the worst situation, but some examples include certain lights not turning on with the switch, the soap dish in the shower was in unusable condition, and the electrical outlet for the hairdryer was hanging out of the wall. All-in-all, the stay was quite pleasant despite the minor inconveniences.
The staff were very friendly! A couple of the staff spoke English and helped us arrange taxi transportation when needed. The room was spacious and we had a full suite/ apartment. The location was perfect-- centrally located, but tucked off of the busy street so that it was quieter.
