Everything is amazing

Amazing staff, amazing breakfast. Very clean hotel. So cosy and peaceful. Bishkek is an amazing city. They have also given me a birthday present. I felt so special.

It's a bit far from the Osh Bazaar - which I know from the start by the way, so not really that bad. But we tried to walk our way to it, however it will take around 1 hour to reach there so we decided to take the public transport along the way by the help of the locals. Still 9 out of 10.

We took so much time clearing immigration as well as our luggage was lost that took us around 3 hours to get out of the airport. We booked a hotel transfer from them, though they charged us an additional 5$, which is very understandable given the waiting time, they are very patient with us. Check-in was so smooth and easy. Hotel is futuristic and clean. The best part is that there is snacks, coffee and tea all day round. The breakfast is so filling and heavy and delicious. We love it here. Globus is also near if you want to exchange to local currency. Staffs are really attentive.

Travelled with my partner who is vegetarian. Not much of options in breakfast menu but other that non vegetarian meals are great!

its a little away from the city center but getting a taxi isn't a problem in Bishkek and is supper affordable so I wouldn't consider it a big issue

Everything in general was super nice, we arrived very late (around 2.30 am) and very hungry and even by that time they offered us fresh food, which was amazing, its a very clean place, comfortable, staff nice friendly and helpful

Beautifully designed, carefully built with attention to the very detail! When I was looking for a hotel in Bishkek I discovered Futuro Hotel, and, looking at the pictures, I thought - too good looking to be true... but I dared to book a room in Futuro, hoping it's gonna be Ok. But in fact, when we've arrived to the hotel, the reality exceeds my expectations - actual appearence of exterior/interiors was even better that it appeared on photos! Needless to say that the staff is super friendly and helpful, tea/coffee + homemade bisquits and cookies are available 24/7 at the cafeteria, buffet breakfast is very good, queen-size bed is very comfy, the room is not very big but very well designed and furnished. Since my first stay in Futuro - it's my choice #1 in Bishkek! Strongly recommended!

Hotel location is little far from city. Washbasin is given in the room instead of toilet which was not ok. Bed mattress were not comfortable too

Hotel room was good, neat and clean. Good for family and worth of money. Staff was extremely helpful and professional in speaking English. Breakfast was good as well. Helped us book taxi for airport too on reasonable price.

The location is a little far from the city center. But not far from the hotel about 5 minutes walk there is a globus supermarket

The service is good and it has a good breakfast. The room is not too big but fragrant, neat and clean. My daughter got the toilet training too.

The hotel is not far by the city center. The hotel is clean and new with 24/7 services. Tea and coffee always available. Mr. Sergey was very helpful with all our needs and always is greetful. Definitely recommend this hotel.

While the hotel is walking distance to some grocery stores and shops, it is not walking distance to any of the main attractions in the city. Given how cheap taxis are, this isn't a huge issue. But if you are expecting a hotel that you can mostly walk around the city from, this is not it.

Breakfast was lovely! I also like that tea, coffee, and little cookies & crackers were available 24/7. The staff were very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern.

Everything was good!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Futuro Hotel. Very friendly staff, the breakfast and food was great and the rooms are clean and everything we needed. They really made us feel very welcome in Kyrgyzstan and helped us with our further travels in the country. We stayed here when we arrived and came back for our last days in Bishkek again!

The Air-condition had a lot of noise through out the night.
