The host was really accommodating and friendly, plus she speaks english that made our stay more better. The house was clean and comfortable. It is also located in the center of the city. We will definitely stay here again once we are back in Bishkek.

While the bedroom and shared bathroom are basic, it's a great place for budget conscious backpackers. However, what truly elevates this hostel to greatness is the owner's exceptional service. The owner's remarkable responsiveness, invaluable assistance, and proficient English skills made all the difference in my stay. When I mentioned my plans to visit Issyk Kul and my eagerness to witness an Eagle Hunting Demonstration, she went above and beyond by connecting me with an incredible eagle hunter in Issyk Kul – who, by the way, was absolutely fantastic! For an unforgettable and budget friendly experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this hostel!

A very welcoming lady who speaks very good English and is ready to help with anything. :) Wi-fi strong, many powerpoints, beds comfortable. Kitchen with tea, coffee and filtered water is next to the double room. Bathroom with a hairdryer. Washing machine available for 200 som. All apartment clean and tidy. Shops all around, bus station very close.. Great value for the price.

I can’t think of anything but if you don’t refer to her guidance video, it will be hard to find her place. Please note that her place is right in the heart of the city so it is extremely convenient to travel from her place to major attraction.

There are many plus points about this hostel. 1) Staff The host was very professional and welcoming. She would make sure that you will be able to find the right way to her place by sending you the video clip. Even if before I reached her hostel, she arranged with her son to meet me at the gate outside her place. That shows that they actually walked extra mile to ensure that the guests would arrive at the hostel safely. That is the most important trait that the host has ever displayed towards the guests. 2) Accommodating towards my needs As I had no idea of what to spend my time in Bishek, she shared with me details of day trip packages but they are all in Russian. Despite her busy schedule she went further to explain in details and I could make a right decision to pay for right day trip package. 3) Clean property I am so pleasantly pleased that her place was so clean and functional. Basic things are just sufficient for me and the bed was just right for me. The most important thing is that they came with privacy curtain. I am very pleased with the host. One more thing to the guest travellers is that it is perfectly ask questions about Bishkek but please do research about the place first. There is a lot of information on the website and you can ask the host about something that you cannot find online. It will be helpful for the host. And last time after comparing my stay between this hostel and popular apple hostel, I feel that this hostel could offer much more in terms of comfort, convenience and better attitude. I could feel I’m welcome at home at her place.

* we had little trouble with finding the accommodation - the entrance is in the courtyard and there are no bells (you need to call the owner by phone)

The twin room was really minuscule and bare, jammed behind the kitchen. No problem if you want to enjoy rhe hostel vibe but definitely not the place for a romantic couple stay.

We didn't stay long enough to enjoy the hospitality this place is known for, as we arrived very late and left very early. We only met the family's son who was kind enough to wait for us late into the night. The bathroom and kitchen seemed to have all the necessary facilities. Location is excellent, right in the heart of the city.

Honestly i only didnt like the number of toilets for 6 or more people. There was only one unfortunately. Thanks god, second day there was nobody :)

Location is perfect by being close to main sights of the city and espescially for whom willing to keep going to or coming from Almaty because minibus going to Kazakhstan border passes just less than 100 meters away from the hostel.

Nice family vibes. The place is run by a woman and her son in their apartments in the city center. Rather quiet hostel that would suit for rest but not for late comings, partying, etc. I was given good advice regarding what to visit around that I appreciated a lot. Thank you!

The hostel owner is very nice, speaks great English and was very helpful with our queries about transport, etc. It is well located close to a shopping mall, restaurants and the central streets of Bishkek. We stayed there a second time after returning to Bishkek.
