We stayed as a group of 4 motorcyclists travelling across Kyrgyzstan - our hosts were very polite and attentive and the accommodation clean. Meals were alongside other guests and it was great to interact. We had numerous problems with our bikes and staff were very helpful.

Check-in took quite a long time.

A very nice place to relax for a few days. The property (our room, dinning area, garden) is clean and calm and it is only a short walk to the lake. Nice, helpful and smiling staff. Plenty of great local food.

Mobile Internet was very poor in our room, but it was ok in the common area.

The atmosphere at the guest house is fantastic, with lots of travelers from all over the world. The territory is full of fruit trees. Our room was spacious. The bed was perfect. The view of the lake is great. The location is just perfect, only 5 minutes away from the lake. Breakfast and dinner are awesome, featuring homemade Kyrgyz cuisine, and the portions are generous. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Make sure you reserve all your nights via booking.com as else you may find yourself without a bed if not. Especially in high season or over a weekend.

Set in an apricot orchard there are great sitting areas with views of the mountains andnonly 5 minutes from the beach. Then breakfast and dinner offered is good value, esüecially considereing there are no restaurant optilns nearby.

Actually there was no usable shower in our bathroom - techicaly there was a shower, but it can be maybe used to wash feet only, as it is located in small bathroom near the WC and in case of taking shower all bathroom will be wet. No borders, no curtains. BUT - there were several shared bathrooms on site, which we used and they where ok. So no big deal. Some glasses and/or cups, spoons etc in the room would be great.

Good location near lake. Good food for reasonable prices. Room was small and very simple, but you don`t want to spend a lot of time in the room in such a beutiful country. Always interesting company from all over the world to tall to beside of evening tee.

Wonderfully friendly, accommodating and understanding hosts, thank you so much for the pleasant stay and the amazing hospitality. (Oh, and the awesome apricot jam!) Rooms and toilet extremely clean and beds comfy. Garden was beautiful with rows of apricot trees and nice sheltered outdoor seating. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

The wifi wouldn't work sometimes, some of the bungalows are too far away from the router.

Very clean, very well maintained. The host was very kind and helpful. The dinner was very big & delicious, fresh prepared. Free WLAN not available, mobile WiFi not permanent. I would especially like to mention the very warm and loving hospitality, I felt incredibly comfortable and in good hands. The host invited me to join dinner & tea etc. The main road is reachable in 15/20min per walk, the wonderful lake in 5min, everything is within walking distance. The mountains and landscape are extremly beautiful. All locals are very friendly and helpful. Top recommendation, especially for all people who seek calm & peace amidst wild nature, apricot trees & relaxation far away from daily capitalism pressure /circle.

Unfortunately, the owner thinks that it is OK to appropriate other people's belongings and is willing to lie about it. One of my friends forgot his satchel with all his cash, credit cards and papers. We only realized this about half a day after leaving the hotel. Upon us calling back to check if she had found anything we were met with a short "no" message and then no more phone answers. Being almost sure that he forgot his things at the hotel and seeing the suspicious behavior of the owner, some of my friends turned back to check. After some pressure, the owner faked the accidental finding of the satchel full of everything but the cash and started concocting some wild tale about thieves in the night. After even more pressure and a report to the local police and another "accidental" finding, she returned all the cash.

They bring you at your room and then escape without saying nothing more (dinner time? Where is the shared bathroom? Which way to the beach? Which additional service they offer?). I can accept that staff doesn't talk in english (only 1person talk a very good english) but at least give us a paper in which there are written indication (or keep it into the room). I had then to recover info 1:1 -Dinner: quality under average, quantity extremely poor. It's basically only one small cup of noodles and a couple of other small tastings. I asked for another one and they give me for free (thanks) but here there were mainly hungry trekkers and they were not happy about. -Laundry service: you pay to have your clothes in the washing machine, then they give back your clothes wet. I would appreciate a complete service but seems to be the standard in the country. Coming back from the beach after 2h I discover that they also forget to wash them. Or anyway it's what I understood from the reaction of the person in charge. -Door: extremely difficult to close/open it with the key (unless you are Arsenio Lupin). I had to keep it open. They agree need to be fixed. -Room: curtains cover only half of the window (why?) Light enter in the night because there are lights outside and when sun arrive at 6.00a.m. you have to wake up. -Shower: impossible to have right balance cold/hot. Very old. -Breakfast: it seems there is fixed time 9.00 that is extremely late if you wanna do some activities in the nearby. I asked to anticipate 7-8 o'clock, they reply clearly that was not possible. It's strange they cannot provide something to eat in a breakfast bag and maybe they have not understood the request (unless I wrote also in english-russian translator) but that's it. - No waste bin in the room I hope this can be taken as comment to improve from the ownership.
