The property is located at some unpaved road but this is not the owner’s fault

It’s easily accessible. I took the airport bus 107 and and got down by the river. It is within walking distance to Sulaiman Too and Jayma Bazaar. Ms Gulshada is also very responsive to my queries and she kindly allowed me to leave my bag when I arrived early in the morning. She also helped arranged a taxi to bring me to the airport (leaving at 04:30!). There are also two resident cats (I love cats)

Nothing - though with (I think?) only one shared toilet/bathroom for those in the dorm/rooms without their own I did wonder if that would have been a bit frustrating had it been busier.

This place is a real gem for the budget traveller. Gulshada's place is aptly named because you really do feel like you're at home in her quiet and well tended homestay. There are dorm or private room options, and some rooms also have their own bathroom/toilet. The central garden area is a great place to hang out and Galshada will be able to help advise on anything you need to do while in Osh, and can also change dollars for Kyrgyz soms (and vice versa). I ended up in Osh for longer than I had originally planned due to changes in transport timetables and I'm glad that I did - I had a great two days thanks to Galshada's hospitality. The homestay is also very usefully located in the centre of town, within walking distance of parks, sights, the bazaar and shops/restaurants.

We liked everything. It was a bit of a walk from the central Lenin square but the walk is so lively that you don’t really mind.

The owner is super lovely lady and whole atmosphere is very quiet and meditative. If you want to slow down and enjoy- this is the place for you. The house is very comfortable, we had a room with toilet and shower. Tea/coffee/washing machine/lovely sun bed and information about Osh are all provided to you in a very friendly manner. It was such a lovely stay for very good money- I totally recommend you this little hotel in a quiet street of Osh. Also important to mention, the owner was very helpful with taxis and general advice about sightseeing

Perfect place to stay after arrival or before departure or opposite :-) Owner can take you to the airport even in the deep night. We got excellent food from his wife... God saves this house...

Owner is very helpful and kind. She speaks very good English. Name is perfect because you feel like in home, not hostel. Close to the main street, currency exchange, restaurants etc. Also, great price.

I came very late from Bishkek and the driver couldn't find the place but the owner was so kind and calm and helped me to find place even though it was 3 o'clock in the morning. The house has a nice small garden. Very relaxing atmosphere. I planned to stay 1 night but stayed 3. Truly you feel at home. Highly recommended

Guests should be aware that you have to pay extra for air-conditioning even if it says in the room description, when booking, that air conditioning is included. We paid 5 USD per night. This should be made clearer in the property description as it increases the price significantly, relative to the room price. Also guests should know that you will only be able to get breakfast if you order it the day before. Otherwise, no breakfast is provided.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the guesthouse was in a good location (in a traditional neighbourhood but only about 10 minutes' walk from the city centre). At the centre of the guesthouse is a beautiful flower-filled courtyard where you can eat the (very good) breakfast and relax on a tapchan. Wifi was decent. We appreciated that the hosts were flexible about letting us check in very late due to a delayed border crossing (2am), and that they were up at 4am helping us get a taxi to the airport. Overall this is a good choice in Osh.

The good experience was spoilt by the fact that the landlady made us pay double the price, arguing that we had arrived at 7 am. We had announced the early arrival from the airport when booking the room a couple of weeks before and no mention was made of the doubling of the price. We were surprised to learn that when paying. We understand each guesthouse has its policy but honesty would have been to announce it before our arrival. Adding to this, the guesthouse was totally empty and we did not block the room. During our 3 weeks central Asia trip, we had several other early arrivals and no other guesthouse made us oay double. We did not argue but felt cheated. The room was definitely not worth the price of 80 dollars a night! So we would not recommend this guesthouse for people arriving before 1pm.

The guesthouse has a nice atmosphere and is in the city center, with the Parc a few minutes away. We had a big room with a nice kitchen and a bathroom, very quiet and comfortable.

The rooms lack privacy, a curtain over the window in the door would be nice. The hot water heater ran out of hot water very quickly making it hard for multiple people to shower.

The location was not bad and the room was large.

When we arrived the owner told us that the place is overbooked - and we got moved to the secondary location: lovely home hostel. 1. It's not a hostel, only a few rooms in someone's house- everything was empty and we were the only ones there. No other guests and no staff to help, not a friendly environment. 2. No wifi 3. No air conditioning, only a noisy industrial fan Basically not what we paid for, we bailed after 1 night for better accommodation.

The owner was friendly and the room (in the secondary location) was rather clean.
