The hotel is a little far from the main attractions on foot, but everyone at reception is so helpful and it’s no problem to arrange taxis. I prefer to go where I can on foot though!

I love the cafe. The breakfasts, lunch and dinner menu is extremely varied and is very tasty. Elizaveta especially provides excellent service and great conversation! I was also very impressed with the room - the bed was super-comfortable, coffee-making facilities and a mini bar are so welcome. I felt very welcome here and will definitely come back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Oasis Residence in Bishkek, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff, who were available 24/7 to assist with any needs. The junior suite I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It featured all the amenities I could ask for, including Wi-Fi, a TV, a writing table, and a comfortable sofa. The en suite bathroom was pristine, and the overall ambiance was cozy and inviting.

We had a kettle, but just tea bags and sugar. Coffee and milk would have been good. The TV (google) wasn't updated so we couldn't watch Netflix unfortunately, we could've got it sorted by the staff. The breakfast was lovely but would've preferred a buffet or choice from a selection rather than daily set menu.

It was clean and tidy. A nice size room. A kettle and stocked fridge (mini bar, snacks). Lots of towels and pillows. Comfy beds. Nice friendly staff. Nice cafe/restaurant on site, serving a good choice of food. Nice breakfast every day. Some reviews complain about the karaoke bar noise but it happened for one night and wasn't too bad. Also it finished at about 1am so no big deal. Every member of staff were friendly amd helpful.

Paper-thin walls. I could hear people having sex at 3 am in the adjacent room as if they were doing it in my bathroom). Same when they took a shower or flushed their toilet. Plus there s a construction going on just in front of all the rooms with two single beds. Didn't bother me much as I was only sleeping there but that could be a downside for some people

Room is not sound proof 🙁 as in! It wasnt a good night sleeps esp the occupants on the 3rd floor was with kids running, pulling furniture, crying etc (we complained on the first night but we realized its family with kids so we let it be, coz kids are kids)

Reception team very helpful and all looking presentable. English speaking team! 👍🏼👍🏼 Plus the helpful bell boy, he help us immidiately with our heavy luggage the time he saw us from the gate which is still away from reception, kudos! Nice small cozy cafe.

No elevator for old person, the property is not near any supermarket or soares to get groceries and its location not comfortable, one important thing that room windows any one can see you from outside no privacy during the day to view outside your room.
