How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Property is central and close to everything
The owner and his wife were very helpful and generous .The Owner took me by his car to Al-Burra river out side the city , he invited me to diner refused to take money.His wife did not charge me for my laundry Unfortunately did know his name or his wife’s name. I only know the name of there’s lovely daughter Naima 😍😍

Very comfortable hotel in a perfect central but very quiet location. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, public transport and sightseeing spots. Friendly and helpful English speaking staff, big room with a big very comfortable bed, good WiFi, big bathroom with hot water shower. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Osh. Very good value for money.

Two mornings out of four, I've woken up by someone that was going after the reception bell. It seems that there is no staff overnight and in the early morning for checkout. Some equipements in the bathroom could be renewed too.
Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious, clean, well equipped. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel is well located and lots of markets and restaurants around.

The hotel is very nicely located in the city center. The staff is extremely helpful with any requests, questions and problems. They sent a taxi to pick us up from the airport, did our laundry, gave great reccommendations for eating and other. The room is huge, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean.

All was fine
Honestly, the price is very correct regarding the quality of the hotel. First, the staff is very welcoming, then all is available in the room, even in the bathroom where you can find all accessories like in a VIP hotel. The room was huge and confortable. I was very positively surprised.

Needed to pay in cash and the location was a little hard to find as the hotel sign was covered up by a large tree. Staff speaks no English and didn't seem to have any recommendations for restaurants or anything else in the area.

Clean, newly furnished and spacious rooms. New and fresh bed sheets, etc. Rooms look like in the pictures. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The air condition didn’t really do it’s job on this very hot day. But still it worked out fine.
Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room, clean, all amenities. Private parking.

It was often quite loud in the lobby.
A+ Excellent location, adjacent to Sierra Coffee & the theatre. The hotel is brand new, thus, all the utilities are fresh, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was of a high standard, and lots of amenities were provided. I would recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again. Exceptional value. The pillows were also very comfortable!

- I paid extra for Mountain view but as the hotel has only 2 floors, the view is hidden by other buildings and trees - the room was large but there was only one medium size mirror - ceilings and outlets were dusty and dirty - bathroom had a bad odor and yellow spots on the floor
- Location is nice and they have 24-7 store nearby - The place was peaceful and stuff friendly - tv with internet

The room is a bit past its prime and is lacking some attention to detail when cleaning, particularly given the price of the room. The biggest issue for me was that, for a non-smoking room, the room smelled like cigarettes. There were also some ants crawling around corners of the room.
Staff were very kind and helpful despite the language barrier. They helped me with all of my queries. The room was very large and had a TV and some sofa chairs. The hotel also provides complimentary toiletries.
