How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The place is a bit of a relic from the old Soviet days and it shows in some of the light fixtures and other little things. Missing in my room was a bedside lamp and/or switch for main lamp. Not very cozy room but comfortable.
This is an excellent value for a hotel in Osh, very closely located to the bazaar, university and other main points of interest in Osh. Very friendly staff that is very accommodating. Breakfast had a wide variety of options, both warm and cold. All in all a very pleasant stay!

The breakfast was poor: food was cold and ran out well before the posted hours. Housekeeping was mediocre: shower gel and shampoo was not filled in the shower and sometimes service wasn't provided. Neither TV worked. No coffee provided. Safe inoperable.
The room was large and well appointed. The bed was comfortable, shower great with nice hot water, and comfortable chairs in the living area. Despite the repair on the road out front, the hotel was well located to reach several sites, although shared taxi service could not always access. Excellent air conditioning and great WiFi.

No bed side lights in room just main lights
Good central location in Osh, a short walk to the main market. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived. Room was very spacious and bed was large and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with a varied selection of dishes

Food selection in the restaurant was a little limiting and unfortunately didn’t feature and any local Kyrgyzstan food choices

The breakfast starts at 7:30. I think, it is late for a breakfast time. We supposed to leave the hotel at 07:30 and we didn't have time for breakfast. The price we paid was for the room with breakfast. And my man needs mornings definitely a cup of coffee.
The rooms are clean, the location is also perfect.

Spacious rooms. Really comfortable beds. Great air conditioning. The staff were friendly & helpful. There’s car parking at the back. Quiet despite being on a busy street. The breakfast is nice although it’s pretty much the same selection every day.

For me all was fine. I stayed only one night. I can rate if I stay a little longer next time when/if I return to Kyrgyzstan.

After a 12 hr share taxi ride from Bishkek to Osh we felt like pampering ourselves. The massive room and bed, excellent ensuite and an extravagant buffet breakfast did not disappoint! The hotel is also perfectly located for easy walking to restaurants and the bazaar.

The staff couldn’t figure out how to use a credit card, and suggested that we go to the ATM and get cash. We didn’t and eventually they figured it out. On the other side of our stay, they couldn’t figure out how to get us a receipt even though we asked the night before and we’re planning to leave at 7:45 in the morning so we wanted the receipt to be ready.
Glad to see fruit and vegetables on the buffet. Internet was sketchy, but I used my personal hotspot. Hotel is located in a fantastic centrally located area. The room was very big and clean, but I think I had a deluxe room.

Everything matched my expectations.
No special frills or charms, but very high standards of comfort and cleanliness (room size, comfy big beds, breakfast buffet). Located at a very big intersection, but good sound insulation. In a room to the back side I slept with an open window.

Excellent location, really convenient for the border if travelling on to Uzbekistan. Also it’s on a main road so is well connected by buses. The suite was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable; the best night’s sleep I had in Kyrgyzstan! The receptionist staff were very helpful. I was able to walk easily around the city - approx. 1 km from the hotel there is a nice park and Brio Café which did amazing food. The hotel served a nice continental/Kyrgyz style breakfast. Lots of hot water in the shower too!

Nothing! I would definitely book this hotel when I come back to Osh. Book this and you'll never regret the experience!
This hotel was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond in making sure that we were comfortable and had a great time. They helped us book our transportation from the airport pick-up to going to several different places in the city, without any charges. The breakfast had a wide variety, and the main dishes changed every day. From appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious! The room was always clean and, the towels/robes and kits were replaced daily. Complimentary water and tea were also provided every day.

Bad value for money. Clumsy staff - check-in was a mess, there was no toilet paper in the room and we had to ask and remind them three (!) times until they finally brought a roll. Breakfast was poor.
