Everything! I think this is the best hostel i’ve stayed in my entire Central Asia trip. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! Especially the girl with the long hair. Room is very spacious, Bathroom spotless, kitchen well equipped with free water, coffee and tea!

The location is a bit far. You must use slippers inside, but there isn't anywhere to leave your outside shoes at the entrance so it's unclear how we should change shoes when coming in and out. The hostel has signs for quiet hours everywhere, but they aren't enforced and people were loud in the room very late at night. The hostel door is locked at night. You can call the reception and they will let you in easily, but this could be a problem if you don't have a local sim card. This place was fine, but I stayed somewhere else when I came back to Bishkek after Issyk-Kul.

This place is fine. It's quite big, with lots of common areas to relax, and the beds are comfy. Cleanliness could have been better, but it wasn't a big issue

The hostel feels more like a home. My four bed room was super spacious with even a dedicated desk area and they offered all the facilities from a fully equipped kitchen to laundry room and gym. It’s conveniently located near a mall (more the old school one) that has a supermarket and traditional restaurants. The receptionist spoke great English and where willing to give recommendations for the city

One of the shower drains in the women's bathrooms tended to clog and cause the water to collect and spill out of the cube. The bathroom was neat, though, and I suppose they fixed this after I mentioned it. Would be nice if all the staff at reception have some basic knowledge of transport options to the most important towns. We got some incorrect information first, but managed to get the correct info and help from another staff member at reception on our last evening. Minor, but will be greatly helpful since a lot of hikers look for onward travel info to key spots.

We liked the location. Easy to find. Important places within walking distance - mall with grocery store, mobile operator. Coffee shop with plant milk options right next door! Kitchen was easy to use. Watercooler provided for guests' use. The shared bathrooms were neat and cleaned often. The AC worked well, as did the internet. The common areas were pleasant, although we didn't spend much time there. Laundry was easy to use, but is charged separately. One of the staff members helped us book bus tickets online to Karakol - thanks! They stored some of our luggage for a few days between bookings.

It's a 40 minute walk to the city center

My room was spacious and everything was very clean. I especially liked the pull-up bar which was great after a long flight :) The staff was very nice and helpful.

Private room was a bit pricey considering the bathroom was shared. Double top bunk bed was not super comfortable to go up and down.

Comfortable and clean place with nice decor. The kitchen is well equipped and the laundry room access is very convenient. The chill room was very cozy and a good place to work from although tables were frequently occupied. Wi-Fi was good for video calls. There were also some sports equipment available (yoga mats, weights, etc). Staff was friendly and very helpful. Walking distance to Faiza restaurant and to some other lovely cafes.

Small hostel, so there's one shower for male and one for female to share. But I never had to wait long.

There is only one bathroom (with one toilet and one shower) for males, and one for females. Also, it’s very hot inside since air ventilation is not working.

In general, clean, comfy and good beds. Staff tries to help if explicitly asked for. But be aware that some Russian might be needed, communication can be difficult at times.

Their policy of putting plastic on your shoes every time you enter the facility. Its a waste of plastic and and slippery so you need to be very careful.

As the hostel is located on a big street and next to a bar/club, nights were a little noisy. Communication with the staff was ok as we knew a little Russian but English led to some misunderstandings (not all staff, some spoke English very well!).

The location was great, easy to take a taxi to the centre or even walk if you are up for it (30 min though!). Facilities were fine and clean, generally the hostel vibe you would expect. There are common areas to hang out and a spacious kitchen. Was easy to use the fridge and washing machine, etc..

- It's not hostel's fault but many people overstaying there, basically living. At some point the vibe of hostel starts to fade away because of this factor. You feel some not good energy. The common spaces are always occupied by them, so for people who love interacting with travelers can be a problem. - Not enough toilets. At least they are always clean.

- The staff is AMAZING. Always with a great attitude and very helpful. They really go beyond with whatever you need. - It is very cozy place with nice decoration. There is love in what they do. - Beds are soooo comfortable. I usually overslept because of how comfy the beds are. - Lockers are big and safe. - Close to VEFA mall and some Atms and restaurants, very convenient. - Very good price. - If you have day trips they can store your luggage so it's a big plus. - Very flexible if you desire to make adjustments to your dates.
