I have no complaints

I did not eat breakfast, but friends said it was more than adequate. I enjoyed my room and this hotel really provides excellent value for money. Very central location with a pharmacy and supermarket and many restaurants nearby. I would stay here again!

No Lift in the hotel and no bell desk, have to haul your luggage by yourself by the stairs.

No lift but as I am slightly disabled they got me a room on ground floor. Bar restaurant closed at 9pm. No room service done during my stay.

Staff, location, also check in time supposed to be 2pm, I arrived at 10-30, they gave me a room straight away.

We stayed here for 4 days of meetings. The conference room was free since we all stayed at the hotel. The conference room was comfortable, the staff was super helpful getting us set up including a projector for us to use. The rooms are comfortable and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was good!

Rooms and hotel is quite dated. Location is not super central but still close enough to walk to main tourist Monuments.

The lights in the room are not really conveniently arranged. The rooms are not really pretty, look rather outdated. In the bathroom, water was a bit leaking from the shower, we had to solve it upon arrival.

The location of the hotel was rather central. The neighbourhood was OK, within walking distance from the centre and restaurants. The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of pastries, bread, pancakes, fruits, etc. The hotel staff speak English and they were helpful in arranging a taxi to take us to the airport. It is easy to get to the airport by taxi in about 20-30 minutes. The room was clean. For our 2-night stay, it was quite OK.

I asked the receptionist to provide me a room that has no outside disturbing sounds. He gave me exactly a room with a loud sound and I havld difficulty of sleeping.

The location, was not so far from the centre (a 20 min walk, or just get a Yandex), but the actually location was very derelict and hardly had anything in the vicinity. Also, there was a very unfriendly receptionist, who wouldn't even look at you when you spoke to her!

The breakfast was decent enough and there was a receptionist (I forgot her name, but she lived in Shanghai) she was really friendly and talkative. The room had all you needed.

Very unstable wifi. It couldn't work for like half of the day and then suddenly started working. Had to use mobile hotspot instead.

Double check your booking - I had asked for an airport pickup but no one showed, when I got to the hotel they said they didn't have my booking. Shower curtain could do with a clean.

Pool area and terrace were nice. Breakfast was good. Location was half way between Ala-Too Square and Osh Market, both within walking distance. Quiet area.

The location is ok but probably not the best. it is easy enough to get anywhere by taxi or walking.

Exceptionally kind and hospitable staff, ready to help and advise on everything. The breakfasts were great for me -- I'm not an early bird and I usually wake up around 11am. I don't understand why most hotels have breakfasts from 7 to 9. Here it's 8 to 12, which was just perfect.
