It's not immediately obvious where the hotel is, through the coffee shop, I think they could put up a sign! But we saw through the door... reception was good, the room was comfortable and everything worked well. Price was fair for the quality and location.

United KingdomThere is no external signage to show that the hotel is behind the street-front cafe so it was confusing trying to see where to go. No daily room service.
The accommodation was roomy and very comfortable. Breakfast was pleasantly laid out with enough choices, and typical of buffet breakfasts I experienced throughout the 'Stan countries. Loved the cafe on the ground floor and really enjoyed my evening meals there.

United StatesNOT a single sign to locate this hotel. The address is correct BUT it has three store fronts NONE which indicate that there is a hotel in the building. On top of it even the other tenants didn't even know. FINALLY, after 15 minutes help from the taxi driver we DISCOVERED that SK hotel is INSIDE the coffee/pastry restaurant all the way in back AFTER passing through a series of desks which appear to be part of a travel agency. Upon arrival out first words "you are very hard to find"...the clerk says back "yes I know, EVERYONE says that. HORRIBLE START to a pleasant stay. PLEASE INSTALL SIGNS WITH NAME AND NUMBER AND DIRECTIONS.

United StatesGrateful for the breakfast that was included, but it was a bit lacking compared to other places of similar price range that we've stayed at in Bishkek. Eggs are a great source of protein for breakfast, but they were always so extremely runny. We still ate them, and this is just a minor complaint, maybe some people like eggs like that, but not everyone wants egg yolk running over the entire plate.
Great location, friendly staff, spacious and clean room, and very comfortable beds (which has not always been the case with other hotels of this price range - and more expensive places - in Kyrgyzstan). There is a small section of street parking in front of the hotel, however we never had a problem finding a spot there in the evening. For the price range, really great hotel.

GermanyWe stayed there 2 times and in the second room the AC was placed in a way that the air was not reaching our beds, because it is in some kind of smaller part of the room blocked by walls. The toilet seat was also not tightly attached to the toilet. Some small details that could be improved.
Very nice hotel. The staff has always been kind and helpful, they organized an early check-in for us at the half price of a full stay so we could check-in at 4 AM. The breakfast does not have many options but it is good: porridge, fried eggs, sausages, some fruits, waffles, cereals and compot for drinking. The hotel was very calm and we did not hear any noises. It is very good that there is a 24/7 cafe in the first floor called La Baguette. You will actually not see any sign about SK Hotel. You will find it by going inside the Baguette cafe. They have a water dispenser which is very good, we could always fill up our water bottles for free. Wifi is also very good.

United StatesThe towels need to be replaced. They are like sandpaper. And it has great hot water but it doesn’t last longer than like 10 minutes so take a quick one.
The property is in a good location and is clean and comfortable and a good value with a charming coffee shop/restaurant at the entrance. The staff especially Oscar is great. It’s a perfect stay for Bishkek.

Location in a leafy street within 20 minutes walk of the main attractions in the city. Spotless room in perfect condition. OPening windows to let in the fresh air. Lovely bathroom with a hot and strong shower which is always appreciated on lomg journeys. The added bonus is the very nice coffee shop / cafe at the front which is a good place to take the laptop to catchup on mail or an evening drink outside.
