I have one complaint, I used the laundry service and ticked the "next day" option. The laundry was done sooner and 50% added to the price, making it expensive. I had not requested the faster service so did not think the price increase was appropriate. The receptionist resolved the situation and I paid the original agreed price - so all worked out in the end.

Gym equipment needs improvement. The view is not that good.

The room size is really big, we stayed at room looks like a one-bedroom apartment with separate living room and big bathroom. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who actually was great support and provide all our requirements in no time. They also arranged for the PCR test in our room and sent the printed results to us. The location is perfect near everything in Bishkek. They also provide free covered parking. Really good value for money.

Very stylish and huge room, responsive staff, great location - central and yet quiet, walking distance to the main square and highly rated restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and defenetly will stay here again.

Everything is perfect.

Location of the hotel is very convenient if you travel with business purposes - business centers, restaurants, shopping malls are all around in walking distance. Very clean, comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff.

They overbooked and had to send me to another hotel. They paid for taxi but it would have been helpful to get an advance notice as my arrival was around 11pm after ling day drive.

Extremely well located innthe new building of the 'golden square', very clean nice rooms, very helpful staff and good breakfast. Ground coffee and a coffee nachine makes it all just perfect!

1. Greatest value for money i probably ever experienced 2. At a fraction of price i got a two bedroom suites, larger than my flat in london literally 3. Great location, very quiet, away from busy roads yet in the town center 4. Early check in was accomodated although i also left for airport at 3 am 5. Staff is super attentive 6. A hotel close to 5 star standard at a price of a very cheap motel. Incredible

I liked the room we were given, it was excellent for the price we paid. We intended to check out on the 2nd September but circumstances required us to extend our stay to the 10th September.

Breakfast buffet wasn't all fresh but there was a lot of choice

Ideal location 15mins walk from Ala-Too square and the main restaurant area in the city centre. The staff were really polite and helpful. The room was large with a separate lounge for relaxing
