1. Aircons (both in the room and in the restaurant) cannot handle extreme heat (37-40 degrees). Quite cool at night though. 2. Bass and music somewhere nearby is disturbing. They stop at 11 pm sharp, but till then it is annoying.

1. Villas are spacious, well equipped, nicely designed, Villa pool is of a right size, located in a clean and cozy small garden. 2. Trained and helpful staff. Everyone in the team is accommodating and friendly. 3. Food quality and variety are great, and it is delicious.

Wow! I have never stayed anywhere so beautiful in my life. We were truly blown away by our stay, which was made so special by all of the staff. I booked this as a birthday surprise for my partner. From the beginning, the communication was excellent in organising this surprise with Sebea. On arrival, we were greeted with cold towels and juice. Taken to our room, my partner was surprised with the bed decorations, cake, champagne, and even our favourite song playing in the background. It was amazing, as soon as the staff left the room we decided we needed to book an extra night!! Bunrong was an amazing host and made sure everything was going well and we got to do enjoy all Kampot & Amber had to offer. We also had great chats and communication with Chantra - thank you! That evening, I had booked us the Destination Dining - Khmer Menu. If you are looking for something to celebrate a special occasion, this is it! Such a beautiful romantic set up candle lit on the waterfront, the service by Monita was incredible, and the food all so delicious. The next morning, we decided we wanted to go for a bike ride. We were guided by Lundy through the island, exploring rice and salt fields, and a local arts centre. Without him we most certainly would have got lost! It was the perfect activity. Staff also helped us with water taxis to the main town, delicious cocktails, and throughout the stay we were constantly spoiled with treats, room clean ups, fresh towels and the most helpful staff. Our pool and the main pool were both so amazing we spent hours in here. Breakfast was delicious and we even had it floating in our pool on the second day. We could honestly go on and on. Thank you so much for having us!!! 10/10, 5 stars

Food was average and expensive. A bit far from town but you can take tuk tuk or water taxi.

Excellent staff, gorgeous hotel. Pool villa totally worth it. Beds comfortable and luxurious, lovely setting. Staff made birthday celebration special with complimentary massage and room decorations. Very professional and kind General Manager!

Very expensive for the size of room that you get said in room profile that it has sofa hida bed this is not true and they put a small bed for my kid of 14 right next to the bed and then had the nerve to charge me almost 100 to 130 on check out that's very rude concidering that it's supposed to have a sofa and it can pull out to a bed. Also the price is far too high for this place over 1100 dollars for 3 nights is sad concidering that the room is very small there is no living room and it's once again very small and you will find yourself in bed looking at tv. The other thing that is really bad us the price of food it is very expensive and small.they charge over 14 dollars for a small ceasar salad and the other food is overpriced by 3to 4 times and the drinks also.i was happy about the fast service from the kitchen and staff for delivery that was great but don't like when I get overcharged to stay in a hotel that thinks they are special enough to charge outrageous prices to the guests and smile at you when they are doing it.

Fast room service but I guess there told to do that before you change your mind once you think about the prices and get mad at yourself for not going for takeout in kampot for 3to4times cheaper.
