The pool is really and the room is very comfortable. Good for a staycation that you might forget that you actually are in the middle of the city.

They had put some anti slip matting near pool and jacuzzi but not everywhere and I almost did the splits when I slid.

It was modern and spacious and not too crowded. Personal attention from all staff. Incredible pools that were actually cold (unusual in Phnom Penh in April) and a beautiful spa. Oh and the beds were divine! Lovely breakfast choices and a great rooftop bar for watching the sun go down.

Splendid facilities - they had everything we needed in the room, the property is new. There’s even an air dryer in the room for your clothes. They have two different pools and a jacuzzi so that was fantastic - we had lots of privacy at the rainforest pool. Location was pretty central too.

Staff were friendly and very accomodating with requests. Me and my wife had requested multiple buckets of ice as we were having meals and drinks within the room and the staff members were very prompt with our requests. The staff were very helpful with assisting us in regards to any information we needed and the services available in the room.

The room was a bit dark; could have used more lighting near the bed. Not a big deal however.

The pools were very nice. Our room was spacious with a great patio. Breakfast was also very good, with quite a few different options. Hotel staff organized an efficient transfer from the airport. Location was great.

If I had to find one criticism and I’m really being picky, there was no mirror over the desk for doing your hair if you wanted to sit down

The best city hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were airy and comfortable. Beds a good size and very comfortable. A choice of outdoor pools.

The Baitong Hotel is an exceptional property in Phnom Penh. The rooms are spacious, clean and well organized. However, the most outstanding element is the attention to detail and customer service. We had the pleasure of checking in with Kiry at the reception desk. He went above and beyond in the area of customer service. Whether it was tour connections, restaurant recommendations or checking in on things during our stay; we were amazed by this young man’s willingness to assist in any way possible. The hotel staff in general were all amazing but Kiry was a standout. In addition, I spent the entire morning in the Bodia Spa and can also highly recommended this experience. The cost is very reasonable for the half day package and the services provided were exceptional.

Soundproofing can be improved - some noise from the main street and corridors are to be expected during your stay.

The hotel is a cozy ossis within the hectic and busy city of Phnom Penh. The rooms are clean, the breakfast quite good and the staff very helpful and friendly. Ten points for the rooftop bar and the pools in the hotel. We have not tried out the SPA but it also looked good.
