The facilities could have been improved like the doors (needed some repairs) and the lake should be maintained. There were dead fishes.

We went for a friends birthday party and we booked out most of the rooms. We really enjoyed the pool, the service by the staff was exceptional and very accommodating to us. The started the fire for us, organised Ice for our coolers and their coolers too. We all really enjoyed out stay.

It seems that this resort has a lot of wasted potential. The balcony was a little dusty and the floors, table and chairs on the balcony could have done with a wipe down before we arrived. Small details could make this place better such as having more than one coffee cup in the room, pictures had fallen off the wall, fill and paint the hole in the wall where a tv used to be, etc.

The pool was lovely and the view over the lake was nice. Food was good and staff were helpful and friendly. Good value for the price.

The resort and room that we stayed in is poorly maintained with no TV, no hair dryer and insufficient towels. No room service provided for the 4 nights stay. Apart from the size of the room and attached bath, it's pretty basic like a backpackers hotel.

The resort-style vibes gives an idyllic feel. The greenery, Lake and swimming pool are nice.

Just a lot of kids and families. This is a kid friendly venue, and there were plenty of kids, just being kids. No issues, as the venue is big enough to be away from them.

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly, welcoming, and tried their level best. The pool area was busy, and they were on top of things. The venue is lovely, nice escape from the city. The food is also worth a recommendation. It's really good value for fantastic food.

Clean slippers. They were very dirty.

Loved the young man at the front desk. First they checked us into a dirty room. Then the cleaner moved us. Everything was good. Internet super slow but the good service made up for everything. We were 15 people on the Saturday and it was a good day. Think you should just keep that big grey dog away from customers with a dog.

The air con was hot and staff simply smiled at the problem. It was a hot 2 days. The room has no TV, no fridge. There’s a huge support post a few inches from the edge of the bed. The food was nice but expensive. The city life close by is very good but the resort gates lock at 8.

This is a public resort with a nice pool and lake and the restaurant food was good. How busy the pool is depends on how how many outside visitors are there. For our stay the pool was packed from 8am to 6pm. Not far from the airport. Good value for money if your expectations aren’t too high.

Beautiful little oasis in a not very charming neighbourhood. Very friendly staff, good food, nice garden but they are a little disorganised. Reminded me of Fawlty Towers but with a friendly Basil. Amazing value.

No, TV , refrigerator . The one phone line that was provided was not working. The others phone line was answered by someone else that wasn’t working at the Resort … !!!!

When we arrived, the temperature of the room was on the boiling point, and the AC was not able to make it bearable to stay. A school class of 15 years old kids occupied the small pool, so there was no chance to use it and the noise level was frustrating. When we went out at 6 PM to get dinner in the city, were we stopped by a staff who said the gate would be closed at 8PM. Requested whether this also counted guests staying overnight she confirmed it was for all. Then we decided to pack and leave the place for good (after few hours stay). But we were anyway charged full overnight stay. On our way out to leave for good, the manager approached us and said, that the gate was open longer if we wanted, but at that time we had absolutely no interest to stay.
