We turned up late at night after I refused to stay at a different hotel. Ben, family and staff could not have been more welcoming. The location was simply fabulous with a room overlooking the river. Not long to get into town in a Tuk Tuk.

Everything is perfect, if you want to get away from the busy town area.

Owners & staff treated us like family & were lovely people. Fabulous meals, great modern & clean bungalow. Hammocks nice & relaxing outside our room beside the river.Took the kayaks out for a beautiful river excursion. We loved staying here &:recommended 100%

Wish coffee was available with breakfast.

We stayed at this place for about 4 nights. It was very comfortable. The location is great. There are a few free bikes available. They’re not the greatest but they get the job done. Breakfast was pretty good. Wish the coffee was included. Just tea which was alright. We enjoyed the river and the free kayaks a lot. The staff was very nice and helpful. WiFi was good.

The staff are wonderful and helpful! We booked a riverfront stay and the view is gorgeous. The hammocks and chairs/tables outside are perfect for lounging during the day/night. The room is clean and has great amenities. Included breakfast is decent. Free kayaks, life jackets and tubes to use for exploring the river.

everything about our stay we loved! Ben and his family/workers were all so lovely and helpful. Charlie bens son was such a delight 😊. We had such a lovely stay and loved the home stay feel. Food was delicious! free kayaks to use! only a short ride into kampot town. highly recommend staying here

The staff and the owner are friendly. The room is clean and the bed is spacious and comfy. We do enjoy our stay. They have a balcony with river view. Fresh and relaxing! Sure, we will choose this place for our next stay.

I loved the location on the river. Ben and all the staff were so accommodating and helped us book quad biking and just went above and beyond. I love the family feel around the place with Charlie(Ben’s son) being friendly and chatting about everything. A wonderful stay that now Kampot has a part of my heart. Thank you

There are three jettys into the water and it would be good for there to be more furniture on them (only one has a sunlounge, picnic table and chair) - would be good if all had this furniture. Food was expensive.

Lovely rooms on the river, which is perfect for swimming. Free kayaks available. Easy to access property via Grab app tuktuk for less than $2. Host Ben and his young staff were lovely. Highly recommend.

The room met our needs, was clean and comfortable. Our highlights were the staff (so friendly, accommodating), the views and activities on the water, and the simple but tasty breakfast. The staff really made us feel welcome and taken care of. We would gladly stay again and love Ben, Lee, and the rest of the family/staff.

Although the breakfast was always excellent, we would have appreciated larger portions and combination options. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about.

The accommodation was wonderful. An oasis of peace and quiet. It was clean everywhere. We loved just lounging in the hammock on the porch. The sunrise from there is absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Ben (the owner) arranged a tuktuk for us to take a trip to the pepper farm. The tuktuk driver was great, punctual, and showed us different attractions along the way.

Food is a bit pricey and its 15 minutes drive from the city centre, but thats not a negative thing.

The family run hotel is super sweet and perfect for relaxing. You can swim in the river, we had dinner at the river front, good laundry and a comfy room. Personell is super friendly and helpful.

Be prepared for some noise if on the riverfront. It's working river and the fishermen start early!

We booked 2 nights and stayed 4. The location on the river was perfect, spent hours lazing in a hammock and watching the fishermen and wildlife; swimming in the river and kayaking. Hosts we're wonderful, including Charlie their son who is a coin collector. If you have spare coins from home, especially anything with King Charles from the UK, you would make his day. Breakfast was delicious, we ate there one night too. You'll need tuk tuk or a bike to get around, but don't let this put you off as in return you get to be in amongst genuine life on the river.

Food in the restaurant is a bit pricey for what it is, but still delicious.

The hosts are super kind and helpful! Everything is organized by them (transportation, tours, motor cycles,...). The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Nothing to comment on. Coffee is not included in the breakfast, so it has to be bought extra. But the coffee was very good.

We loved this place. It’s situated right in the riverfront and the staff is amazing. They serve the best pancakes we’ve had in our trip. It’s a few kilometers out of town, but not a problem if you have a moped or taxi is cheap. The host helped us out with moped, routes and maps of where to go as well as transfer at a reasonable price. They also have 2 cute and friendly dogs that run around the property.

The location was far from the center of Kampot and the deck in front of the room was constructed of uneven boards that did not look very secure (we tripped over edges a few times).

The setting was very nice with a view of the river and a cozy room overlooking the water. The staff was extremely helpful in helping us organize a day trip and travel back to Phenom Penh.

The owner of the accommodation is very helpful and friendly. He helped us with renting scooters and shared a lot of useful recommendations with us. The rest of the staff is also very nice. I would really recommend staying there. We saw some really beautiful sunrise over the river from the terrace.

We loved the accommodation by the river. We booked a couple of days to just relax and we did just that. The hammocks were very nice to chill out in. The tables looking over the river. Very peaceful. The family are very lovely and so friendly. Charlie the youngest was very cute asking us where we’re from and if we have spare change from our country which we happily gave to add to his coin collection. The room had as comfortable bed, hot shower and plenty of space. We used grab app to get to the main town.
