Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. FranceDuring my last stay , I didn't pay attention to the room I book , and it was on the patio , which is nice as well but not as nice as the one on the river... my bad !
The welcome has always been perfect , I feel privileged as it is not my first stay at this hotel. The staff is always helpful and very smiley. Quality of service is very good especially when you travel for business.

ThailandThe one thing i didn't like is that the room I had was not quiet, for example, I could hear people walking / talking in the corridors, I could even hear the phone ring in the room next door, the walls were paper thin. otherwise, i really liked the hotel.

GermanyKhmer food in this hotel (at least for breakfast) focused on burnt garlic flavor. If you want to experience the full range of Khmer food, you should visit other restaurants in the city.
5-Star-Level hotel. Great view of city sights and skyline from the room. Rooftop bar with great view of the river at night. Very quiet and soundproof rooms at nights.

Arranged our pickup and ride back to the airport for a reasonable price. The food at the cafe was delicious, and service excellent, as well. Very comfortable room, lots of space!

United KingdomCity view room on second floor faced a concrete wall a few metres away and the dead pigeon on window ledge a bit of a disappointment. Paid extra and had river view. Great! It’s expensive and has the same character as all similar hotels throughout the world. Inside we could have been anywhere!

Very very good location, can see the Royal Palace from the window in the room and take a walk by the riverside. The decorations and facilities are modern and the shower is extremely excellent. There’s a tube coffee beside the hotel and we enjoyed the Cambodian brand’s coffee with riverside view. Very happy and satisfied with this hotel and proud of my wisdom choice.
