While the staff at the entrance were friendly, we found that they were not always able to provide useful information about the city. For example, when we needed to order a taxi or asked for local tips, their assistance was limited. Nevertheless, they were always kind to us :)

Air conditioning in room was problematic and not strong which we felt in the 40 degree heat!

Lovely jungle feel around the pool area with lots of greenery. Loved the spa massage which felt luxurious. Great cocktails at happy hour on the rooftop. Central location in Siem Reap. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

The pool staff not very attentive to clients needs

Excellent staff, Frank at the reception is outstanding! Excellent location right in the centre of Siem Reap and very beautiful decoration inside. I had a beautiful room on the 1st floor with lots of daylight, balcony, wonderful bed and wonderful shower, but there are rooms with very few light on the ground floor. Pool was a blessing but staff not very client minded, not really paying attention to clients needs. Breakfast has very good choice and room service works very well. I bought all the tours to visit Angkor Wat at the hotel with very fare prices. I will return with my family

Everything about this place. The location is great, just 5 min walk from the pub street (however it is on the river side and there are many other places around); staff was helpfull and pleasant. The room including the bathroom were huge and comfortable. Pool area as well as restaurant are awesome.

The hotel is beautiful, all the plants and trees around the pool and rooms is amazing. We had a lovely meal and drinks on the rooftop bar one evening. The rooms are very spacious and have good facilities. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful!

I wish they had replenished the fruit platter of the first day (I was there 4 days). Nothing really to dislike, which is rare for me.

No wonder we find many hotels in Siem Reap with very high reviews , people make all the difference. Every where super friendly. The Lynnaya resort is no exception. Great gardens, super clean and spacious rooms, ideal location, good breakfast. Silent. Highly recommended.
