The location was good and the staff were very friendly. The room was spotless and there was a good selection for breakfast. We also met Mr Hoeum no 9 tuk tuk driver outside the hotel and he was great, really helpful. We can highly recommend anyone staying here to use him.

it was perfect and wonderful choice. it located little bit way to Pup-street (10-15 min walking) 1 to 1.5$ with tuk-tuk so it’s very very quiet and peaceful. every staff was very kind, breakfast is great, room is wonderfull and also housekeeping is another level (they even organize by size that some small stuff i bring) it was amazing stay and i will stay again for suer. miss them already!

breakfast is so so - no cheese, salami, no quality cold cuts. smoked salmon or other deli missing. bread selection limited. hot dishes not convincing. unfortunately there was an event in the neighborhood and until 10.30 music was unbearable loud

great location next to the river and easy to walk everywhere. nice decoration and good size rooms. comfortable mattress and linen.

The only think I can think of was that there was no barman at the pool bar so when you wanted a drink, you had to find a staff member. This was only a small thing though.

This resort is beautiful! The staff are very attentive to your needs & are very polite & friendly. We had a Garden view room & was large, clean with a comfortable bed. The shower pressure was great & they are the first resort/hotel that I have been to that provide ALL bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, shower cap, EVERYTHING! the swimming pool was lovely & the trees provide shade from the sun. The buffet breakfast was really good too. A 2km walking distance to Pun Street or you can catch a tuk tuk just outside the resort.

do not ask the property to arrange transport we had a 3.5 hour journey the property said they could arrange transport. I asked if it was safe they said yes it is out trusted driver! we paid 80 USD for the transport the car that turned up was dirty and old this is ok I can live with that. the driver was young he drove at high speed even when. I asked him not to. he spent all his time on his mobile phone laughing and joking with friends and was totally distracted from the road. at one point he put us in a very dangerous position and almost hit a huge truck. I had enough we where scared at that point I told him loudly to slow down right now he did for about the next ten mins then proceeded to make and receive calls and pick up speed. I have reported this to the property who do not seem concerned they said what would you like us to do about it! the car was un safe one of the wheels made a loud knocking noise and the tyres where not legal. it was an un necessary risk they should not of put us in this position and they do not seem to care that they did. he drove so fast the 3.5 hour journey took 2 hours 15 mins

This beautiful, modern, and well maintained hotel and property is a must for anyone coming to Siem Reap. The Reception and common areas , pool area are quiet, intimate, and like a tropical jungle! What makes the property even better are the young staff members who welcome you and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and important to them. The Massage and Spa treatments are also a must!

We loved our time in Cambodia and had the most wonderful experience of local hospitality by the staff at Lynnaya! We were treated like royalty and made to feel special, nothing was too much trouble. The onsite restaurant is excellent with a huge menu and everything cooked to perfection. The rooftop bar is a great spot to drink and dine and the happy hour between 5pm and 7pm was hard to ignore with half priced cocktails too good to pass up! Easy walking distance to markets, Pub Street etc or just a short tuk tuk ride. We will happily return to Lynnaya Resort again and will recommend it to friends and family.

My TV wouldn't connect to the Internet. The breakfast is rather basic. Light enters the room from the bathroom blinds (open plan).

The room was large and the hotel is tastefully decorated and feels homely. The staff go the extra mile.

The Restaurant Staff and the lack of clarity with not including taxes and service charges

We arrived with 4 pieces of luggage from a 5.5 hour taxi journey and the road leading to the hotel was closed so we had to walk to the hotel. This was due to a river festival that was on for our entire stay, the loud music started around 07:30 and finished at 00:30. It was extremely noisy so cannot understand why the hotel didn’t pre warn so we could make a decision to stay or not. On arrival, reception allocated a different room to the one booked with a balcony. They said it would be less noisy for us. However we said we couldn’t stay in the room because of the noise level, they then offered us a twin room. We said no to this offer as we had booked a double room with balcony. After a while they allocated us a room with a balcony which was slightly less noisy and possibly the original room we booked. The restaurant food was expensive and poor quality both for breakfast and dinner. The staff were not attentive, it was a large dining room and it was difficult to get the waiting staffs attention.All prices in the restaurant were plus 10% tax and 10% service charge which was written in minute letters at the bottom of the menu and in our opinion should have been shown as a total price. The communal areas were very hot (including Reception) due to lack of fans or air conditioning. The pool area was dark and tired and for us very uninviting. On a positive note, the Reception staff were excellent at arranging trips, guides and taxis.

On either side of the hotel is old dilipilated house you could smell the cooking and in the morning you don’t need alarm set as there was a cockatoo to wake you

May sound almost like a bad joke, but! We could not sleep from early morning because of very loud rooster, cicada noises and later in the morning music that sounded like sounds from a monastery. The building is not insulated well enough to block these kinds of noises - it may be however that not all the rooms have this issue (ours was facing the back of the building).

Truly beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. Staff were very friendly, very nice breakfast buffet and beautiful pool with a pool-side bar. We loved the room as well.
