The family that ran the place were lovely. Their dog had puppies a month before I stayed and they let me play with them. The owner was really accommodating and remembered everyone by name which made the place feel really comfortable and welcoming. It’s very close to everything you could need and you can book tours and transport through the reception. Definitely recommend!

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location close to the river, restaurants and town. Great sized room, super clean and good AC. Fantastic coffee shop in the same building and lovely Skybar for relaxing in the evening.

For the price it was fantastic -no complaints

Staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Based on the price we couldn't have asked for more -it's exactly as described. The shared bathrooms always felt clean and well maintained. The air con worked well. They helped us sort transport and a day trip.

An exceptional hotel and very nice staff, It's just a couple of metres from the Riverside...a new hotel with an elevator, clean spacious rooms with street balcony..top floor bar overlooking Kampot and the River is beautiful at night..food was lovely...very nice central location and you can hire scooters from the hotel...The Park Inn is a little gem and well priced...definitely will stay again

Not much of a social area. Rooms and bathrooms are very basic and for some reason smelt very damp in the afternoon. (not sure if someone had a wet towel or something)

I stayed in a single room and everything was new and fine, nicely furnished. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Tours and busses could be booked at the reception. There is also a very nice rooftop bar with view on the river and Bokor mountains. The old market is just around the vorner.

Very kind and helpful staff and the owner even upgraded our room to a private one as there was 3 of us in our party. The beds were comfy and well air conditioned and we had a great meal at the sky bar once we had checked in, this was our first stop in Cambodia and would definitely stay there again.

Property was in a fantastic location, close to shops and restaurants on the riverside. The room was clean and comfortable, and the owners were amazing, so friendly and helpful - they arranged a day trip for us in the countryside, laundry and a bus for our onwards journey after our stay, 100% recommend!

Brand new hotel with big, clean rooms and a good location. There was also a nice roof terrace with a beautiful view. You can rent a scooter, do your laundry, etc. The staff was very helpful, but sometimes a bit difficult to communicate with them due to the language barrier. For the scooter, we payed a deposit in cash, but got another old note back with something written on it. The owner gave a new one immediately which we appreciated. Just to bare in mind to check your dollar notes in Cambodja.

Clean, comfortable & close to the river & the loveliest parts of the town. Charging points, a table & a 'soft' BEDSIDE light by the bed! Ac, a kettle & a fridge in the room, hot water in the bathroom & FANTASTIC customer service from Sipaeap, the owner, who helped us arrange a car (at the very last moment!) to get us to our boat on time when Grab let us down!!

Its really close to the road so it can be noise in the morning so prepare to have earplugs.

We had a great stay at Park Inn in Kanpot. Very nice, new and clean rooms. Nice Rooftop bar. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Definity recommend to stay here.

The shower drain was very blocked so the bathroom flooded if we had the shower on for more than a few minutes. There was gaps in the doors to the balcony which meant the noise from the street was quite loud until about 11pm at night.

The location was great and the room was nice with a comfortable bed. The shower was hot with good pressure and the aircon was quiet.

The best owner!!! So nice and made our stay perfect. Great location close to everything. The room was clean, the AC worked well, shower was great. The view from the top was beautiful. We loved everything about it and definitely recommend it
