I stayed in room 803 , and outside in the hallway there are lights fitted into the ceiling In my room there is a window with frosted glass which can’t be opened At night time the light tight outside of my room shone through the window making it hard to sleep and made it hot and uncomfortable

The hotel is in a good location, with the riverside only a 2 minute walk away Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby Staff very friendly Wi/fi was very good Room was cleaned every day

for one the breakfast is cold like its cooked early morning and left out.thee air con in room would not turn off .I noticed ants in room and bathroom sink.the tv only 3 channels snowy cant see picture I suggest put few movie channela

I liked the pool it was nice .at first when check in staff were unhelpful in regards to telling me where I could change money.but next day they were extremely nice and helpful .the supervisor was a lovely lady she allowed late checkout which was very helpful .the staff are nice always welcome you with a smile

The rooftop lounge was closed and we were told had been closed for months. The room was very cramped and there were no hangars or drawers to put our clothes so we had to live out of our suitcases. It was difficult as the bed took up most of the room. We didn’t care for the location as the hotel is in the middle of the “entertainment” district and isn’t in the best part of the city. Having said this, we weren’t bothered by the noise of the bars; it was the crowing roosters that woke us up early every morning. We were impressed by the staff who were very helpful. We didn’t dislike this hotel, but it’s important to know that if you are offended by seeing older men buying the services of younger women and bringing them into the hotel, this hotel is not for you.

TV poor. Only YouTube available. No service at skybar on water festival weekend, great view but poorly utilised.

Staff excellent. Especially when disaster struck in the evening when a broken pipe flooded an upper floor. Whole team worked till late to clean and mop up. Brilliant response

I stayed in a Double Deluxe Cityview room. Booking com has this room at two different prices, both had the same photos and description of the rooms but the cheapest of the two rooms had no shower cubicle or balcony furniture. The staff were good enough to bring some furniture to put on the balcony. Thank you for that, but I just had to put up with water from the shower going all over the bathroom floor.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The hotel is very close to the Tonle Sap riverfront and the nightlife area. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean, although a bit small, King Kong Pizza shop across the road make nice pizzas.

There was renovations happening on the first floor, some days a little bit of noise, but nothing really to complain about.

The room was very comfortable, 2 chairs, desk, and 2 more chairs and table on balcony great room. the pool was fantastic on the roof with a great view overlooking the Tonle Sap river and bar service from the rooftop bar. Great service, great views of the city, and great location.

The pool and sky and sky bar were closed due to Covid restrictions and renovations. They will be reopening later in January 2022. The street below is often noisy but this is a lively area so not for peace and quiet. There were some maintenance works on at the time of my stay over Christmas but these should be finished early January. The TV doesn’t work so hope this will change

The hotel is located in a very lively location on street 130 next to the Riverside. It’s convenient for food and entertainment day and night. The staff are very helpful and made many helpful suggestions. The room was large and clean with a fourth floor balcony view of the street below and the river to the right. The room was cleaned every day on request with water, coffee, towels and toiletries provided. The bathroom is a wet room and the water is nice and warm if you wait a little. Very convenient for inexpensive restaurants and markets nearby. My second stay as it’s great value for money.
