We have no complaints about the property at all.

We only stayed here for one night, but it was a spacious, clean room with really good a/c. The room was nice and quiet even though it faced the front of the hotel.

The 50 stairs to get up to my room lol. Nothing to complain about.

The guys manning reception were amazingly helpful. Room spotless and comfy. Bicycle had a safe place to sleep.

Hi - I arrived just after lunch ending a 7 hour motorbike ride (including stop offs for fuel and a drink because it is super hot season) from Phnom Penh. After checking in I was shown right up to my room. It was on the top floor. One thing you notice in many Khmer guesthouses or even hotels, is that the stairs tend to not be uniform which can make ascending and descending very interesting. These stairs were perfect - same height, same depth all the way up. It sounds pedantic but when you have adventure boots on, your feet are a UK 12 and you are carrying the motorbike luggage having even stairs is essential to staying vertical! The room itself (V21) was pristine, neat, tidy and had dual aspects so a lot of light. Bathroom was clean and I had two showers - one was an old fixed one with direct water from the tank and the other was heated (if you want hot water). I showered with both of them cold and it was still warm due to the outside temperatures. The bed was very comfortable with an angled wooden framed bedhead and very nice pillows. A fan was over the bed along with the AC. It pretty much had everything I need when I ride and stay somewhere. It was the center of Steung Treng and in the middle of Khmer New Year but I slept well with almost no noise from the street reaching me. I ate out about 200m away (come out of the hotel, turn left and it is on the right) at a wonderful place called Sopheak Mangkol. Excellent beef and shrimp noodles as well as tasty iced lemon tea. I will stay again when I ride the loop again. Excellent accommodation, location and welcoming staff. Simple, clean and comfortable rooms. Great work.

AC is too weak even on maximum power so we sweat even during the night. Some ants in our room. WiFi not too reliable with some connection losses.

The side we were on was next to a wood sanding / cutting business which was noisy even with the windows closed. But not too much of a problem

Paid extra for hot water and air con which was worth it for us. Good location and helpful staff. Secure bicycle storage. Requested a kettle and they gave us one.

Central location, the cheaper rooms come without hot water and airco, so check this if you book. Unward travel booking and pick up is handy.. Next door travel agent for trips around Stung Streng.

Be aware of your booking, if the room has Air Conditioning and hot water in the shower or not.

Helpful young guy on the reception desk who spoke English. He organized a tuktuk for us and the onward van ticket. Comfortable bed, table and chairs inside the room.
