Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were very friendly, room was comfortable and clean. Air con was nice and powerful which was needed in the intense heat! Breakfast was tasty and filling. Location was great, walking distance to river and shops/restaurants, many tuk tuks around for longer journeys. Would definitely stay again!

CambodiaThe room needs some updating. Some fresh paint for the bathroom door. Fix the toilet seats. Just some small stuff to make it look better. The TV is a waste because 90 % is only snowing. The carpet in the corridors can use a deep cleaning.
The breakfast was OK. Enough choices at the buffet but 3 times no buffet but a la carte. But still to my satisfaction. The location is perfect and the staff is very friendly. I've been there before several times so they know me already.

China$100 if you smoked in the room and i did not know all rooms were non smoking---also the ad was a loss leader telling me the usuual price was $102 marked down to $27 when it was just a regular room worth <$27---only 2 channels of western movies and the picture was fuzzy and sucked...

Room was really good and clean and staff was nice. The breakfast is a buffet with lots of choices and was really good but it's different from one day to another so our 2nd day was disappointing as there were less options.

CanadaThe shower was cold. I'm not sure why because the water in the sink was very hot. They provide a shuttle to the airport but it was a little expensive. I had stayed at another place at the beginning of my trip and used their shuttle for cheaper. Ended up just getting a GRAB Tuk Tuk for $5 US
The room was a good size. The breakfast was excellent. Certainly better than most you get for the price we paid. The location was very good. It was walking distance to the museum, royal palace and the river. Lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Very easy to get a tuk tuk just out the door. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. At the back of the eating area they had drinking water available from a dispenser. They have an elevator.
