Hotel rooms are very dated and looked like there weren’t any maintenance done. Air conditioner in some rooms work some didn’t.

The hotel was so loud - there were children screaming up and down the corridors all night. The additional accommodations we requested in our booking were not included, which was disappointing.

Our upgraded room was much larger but had a round bed in the corner, which was so outdated, the material around the bed was worn and marked, some holes. the bed was no comfortable, very firm. Not really sure if it was the upgrade. Had a couple of lamps on the bench and went to move and notice dust on the walls and all the shades. The beautiful big swimming pool was a huge concern there was fungi on the bottom of the pool all around the between the floor and the wall, sitting at the pool bar there was fungi all the way around the pool bar. There where people swimming and kids in the pool all day which was a real concern to me. Lots are areas like the beach bar etc was not operational due to the low number of guests

The hotel upon arrival looked beautiful on the beachfront, one of the reception staff assisted up and provided us with an upgrade which we thought was great a larger room. The hotel had a shuttle a couple times a day to local areas which was great.

The hotel is quite old. Clean, but really old. My kids asked me what was that when they saw a CRT TV in the room! Honestly it is not a 5 star hotel in terms of the facilities but a 7 star in terms of the staff. Breakfast just normal and they charge $4 for an americano coffee (not good by the way)... Also the rooms are incredible dark so that make the whole atmosphere kind of sad...

We had and emergency and the Manager allow us to make an early check in to be able to take one of my sons to the Hospital. The staff very friendly and the food yummy.

A/C would not make the room cool. The settings were set too high and would make the day or night uncomfortable to be in there.

Breakfast buffet was adequate but I didn’t like having to pay extra for a cappuccino. Only 2 bottles of water for 2 people is inadequate.

I like the facility and room. But I am a not disappointed for the breakfast and eating area. Because there are many people during that time, and there are not enough space for sit or food for eat. And especially for the gala dinner on the countdown date. That so expensive and not much great enough or fit with that price.

Housekeeping did not replace coffee supples or clean cups and glasses. Had to call them to have it done. The bar had no tonic for a gin and tonic saying it was not available but we purchased tonic in the market. A lot of noise in the halls outside our room. Few things in minibar (coke, sprite, water).

Check in was fast. Room was ready. Staff were helpful during check-in. Room had enough plugs for chargers/laptop. Wifi was good.

Sihanoukville itself is a bit unspectacular. Too many chinese construction projects and casinos have gone bancrupt as there hardly any Chinese tourists anymore nowadays. So on the one hand this makes it less crowded, in the other hand the hotels and casinos are missing these volumes and might not survive this for long..

Very nice hotel! Excellent location with huge private beach. Close to Sihanouk town. Hotel staff were great and always helpful and proactive in every aspect. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety! Food choices in restaurants were plentiful and affordable. We went diving from Sihanoukville and to get to the dive center was only a 20 mins Touktouk ride. So even for that the location was great. No need to get to a hotel on Koh Rong to go diving.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The bathroom floor still overflows with water after a shower and is dangerous and slippery on the tiles - so be careful.

This resort is our go-to every year we visit Cambodia for the past 8 years. Their exceptional quality of service and facilities are comparable to other 4 to 5-star hotels, even though their rooms are starting to show their age. A little facelift could help catch up with the newer hotels nearby. We enjoyed the pool and private beach the most. The staff is always accommodating to our needs. Now that more shopping and food places has been built around the resort, this makes it more walkable to explore the surrounding areas for local foods etc.
