It was abit smelly in the bathroom but we just put incenses.

The staff made us feel at home& gave us good Tipps. The rooms are really spacious and equipped as I haven’t seen here before. Washing machine, big fridge, cooking plates& micro wave! You can save a lot of money like this 😁

On top floor with no elevator. 98 steps to my room. Very old and needs renovation. Looks a bit dirty but is clean. Just old and worn. Is basically like a Paris apartment with central staircase, but they forgot to put in the little lift.

Great location. Close to Palace, museum and river. balcony is good, View has lots of trees and birds. Bed was good. Fridge good. Aircon good enough. Feels very historic

Some things in the room need some maintenance. Some of the finishing work on the walls was peeling off. The stairway up (my room was on the third floor) was tough with all the luggage and the heat.

I really liked the size of the room with enough facilities to stay for a longer time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is good, just outside the National Museum and the big Market. The cafe downstairs has a very nice atmosphere.

One of the toilet door was not able to lock and the sink pipe was leaking water. This made the bathing, washing up experience not as enjoyable. The bed is a mattress on the floor and is not as comfortable as you want it.

The room was cosy and clean. The fact it can accomodate 4A/2C was welcoming and there is a living room for us to gathered around to chat and chill was nice. There are 2 toilets in the room so there was no need to wait very long especially with 2 families.

The room was nice but could do with a bit of care - the plumbing in the bathroom needs some work (one flush didn't work, and one shower struggles to produce consistent hot water (the other works fine)). The room would benefit from some fresh paint in other areas. It was generally clean, but cleaning was not as in depth as possible (e.g. the cutting board in the kitchen needed cleaning, and the balcony needed sweeping). The cable to the TV was loose meaning it wasn't really watchable.

The location is excellent - St 178 is my favourite in Phnom Penh, opposite the National Museum, close the riverside and Royal Palace and alongside art galleries and well-priced restaurants. The room was a good size for the price and the balcony over the street was excellent for sitting and watching the street scenes of Phnom Penh. The staff were friendly and informative, and the coffee served in the cafe downstairs was excellent. The washing machine in the room was an excellent model and much appreciated.

Wifi was okay, some of the dishes were not fully clean and the same for the shower + toilet had a problem flushing as the tank was not filling with water. But these are rather small things and not a big deal

Helpful staff and overall the room was very nice - appreciate the fridge, kitchen stove and even a washing machine. Rather quiet location with a café downstairs

Everything is fine, in relation to price.

The staff is so friendly, very nice people! It is very close to the river, the National museum, the royal palace etc. Perfect for a visit! The price is quite cheap. A/C was working perfect.

The toilet needs upgrading. The toilet door is not working properly. Our room is at the fourth flooe. Takes a lot of exercise. The crew will help you with your luggage though as you go up and down the stairs.

The hotel crew were accomodating and speaks good english. The unit has complete amenitiea. It is a serviced apartment at an affordable rate. Amenities are complete. From kitchen, to entertainment, to laundry services.
