Excellent hotel in Siem Reap . Big room with all facilities . I really this place beautiful , quiet hotel and very closed to Pub Street and the centre of Siem Reap , Beautiful swimming pool and fantastic location in safe neighbourhood . Absolutely recommend !

I can't say enough good things about this hotel in Siem Reap. The location was ideal, with easy access to many of the city's top attractions. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always willing to offer recommendations or assistance. The hotel's restaurant was also a highlight, with a great menu and cozy atmosphere. I would highly recommend!!

I recently stayed at The Moon Residence during my visit to Siem Reap and was very impressed with the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to many of the city's main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and made me feel right at home. I also enjoyed the hotel's restaurant, which had delicious food and a great atmosphere. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Siem Reap.

we love the staff, they're very attentive and helpful. the hotel is beautiful and we love the pool. the room were big and spacious and bed were very comfy. the tour we took were very good the temples were beautiful we also request them to book a dinner show for two and it was worth it. love the location of the hotel is very good easy to get around and a good 10min walk to popstreet. love to come again on the next trip

The pillows could have been a little fluffier and the pool had the odd tissue floating around in it - small niggles for an altogether wonderful stay.

The staff were absolutely lovely - super friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful - all the foliage surrounding the pool, the petals on our bed when we arrived. Lovely location too - just a short walk up to pub street and all the action... Really enjoyed our stay!

Bedding and towels could be updated maybe. But this is not absolutely necessary. We just felt ours were a tad threadbare and very, very used.

Lovely, friendly staff, great area, nice pool to cool off in after a day out in the blazing heat. Option for food but close by to all other amenities you might want. Quiet residence while we were there so it wasn’t an issue for sleeping well.
