Everything was AMAZING !! We spend 5 dqys at this hotel and it was an absolute paradise: private beach, amazing room with sea view, swimming pool, food, massage, staff hospitality !! A big thank you to Vivi who made our trip even better. I strongly recommend at 10000%

Absolutely nothing!

Great location, lovely and friendly staff, large well-equipped rooms that are super clean, great breakfast, lovely pool and bar area, and absolute value for money. All in this hotel is amazing and I will definitely be returning. If you are in the city then this hotel will suit all of your needs.

They organised a transfer to the airport for us …. Book your own. It’s double the price of a normal fair but our fault for not checking how much it would be for us to book it. Lesson learned. Electric is turned off by the government at intermittent times but there was no communication of this within the hotel.

The property is lovely the room was very clean and comfortable and felt like a home rather than a hotel. The pool was amazing and the staff were lovely.

Booked on booking for com "genius price, which was supposed to be heavily discounted` and when checked price at the property, it clearly came to terms I had paid (non refundable price) three times the price as if I had turned up and paid on arrival or booked with "acado" Spoke to other guests who got a clearly better deal by less than half the price of booking for com, so sadly disappointed with those guys ... However place was great just price check booking site's

Getting to and from the facility was a bit out of the way for our activities, but that is my issue, not one of the facility!

The flat worked well and rooftop pool was a bonus. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming.

We were with friends who were on a different floor. One of us was unwell and we couldn’t take anything in for them due to being unable to get off the lift at their floor. This was due to the security system which is great, but it would have been better to all be on the same floor. The location is just ok, but it is really cheap to take a car over the bridge to access decent restaurants.

Nice hotel with a beautiful pool. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very attentive. Good size, comfortable rooms. The hotel was very clean and good quality.

This was a very Uber chic apartment hotel. Never before have we experienced such technology for the room entertainment system. Over 2000 movies to watch and many different language channels. The room itself was a comfortable studio apartment with washing machine. Great to get clean clothes while away. The breakfast was adequate served in the attached cafe. Limited in choice but excellent quality. The baguettes were so crisp. The highlight was the infinity pool atop of the building 24 floors up. Great location on the island between the Mekong and tonle sap rivers.

Some of the areas could have been cleaner, quite expensive for location and that is on offer. Staff were friendly but not as inviting as other hotels I’ve stayed in.

The property was clean and spacious, we booked the two bedroom suite and then got upgraded when we arrived. It had all the key amenities needed. The pool is a key attraction, lovely infinity pool and nice cocktails at the bar.
