The staff are friendly and very professional. Room is clean and temperate . Professional products in the bathrooms is a big plus As well as the hairdryer and clothing steamer. Breakfast SAS great also.

In fact, we enjoyed our stay at the Tribe Hotel, especially the good treatment and wonderful service from all the hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, Mr. Harrison Bong, who provided us with a lot of help for free. Nothing really, just very minor things. The pool felt a little cold because it was in the shade. The live music on the roof terrace was so loud you could hardly talk to each other anymore..

Lovely, new hotel. Very modern vibe to it. The staff was very friendly, be it at the reception or up in the restaurant. Breakfast was a la carte with a buffet selection of bread and fruit which was great and very tasty! The location very close to the night market and the river makes this hotel a great selection! Lovely roof terrace bar/restaurant with a great view.

I really cannot find anything to complain about other than to let other travelers know that if your room is on the 10th floor, the rooftop restaurant/bar is on the floor just above. It can get a bit noisy during the day if you're working from your room (as I was). During the night, however, the hotel shuts down activities after 10 PM, so you won't be disturbed unless you're early to bed.

The main thing that stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I want to give a special shout-out to Harris, who not only contacted the bus company for my next destination, but waited with me until the driver arrived and helped me with my luggage. The night staff also were prompt in responding to my request to change rooms as I had a noisy neighbor. They even upgraded my room for free! All furnishings were top-notch. The decor and design was extremely modern and efficient. Although the first room was smaller, the design was so efficient that you would never notice the size. The swimming pool was the perfect size to swim laps and get good exercise, and the water temperature was perfect: not too warm and not too cool.

The staff went beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Rooms are nice and spacious. Little things like the coffee machine and the Kevin Murphy shampoo ,conditioner ,body wash, and moisturizer are great touches . The manager Harris truly went above and beyond to ensure I was content . Thanks

However, there were a few downsides. It came as a surprise to me that this hotel requires a deposit upon arrival - something I hadn't encountered at other hotels in the area, and I found it quite expensive. Personally, I would have preferred to be charged directly from the booking platform and pay any additional expenses at checkout. While we were grateful to receive a complimentary upgrade to a better room, it was still quite small, which was a bit of a letdown. Also, I would have loved to see more vegetarian and vegan options at breakfast. Additionally, when considering the overall value for money, I found TRIBE to be quite expensive compared to other options in Phnom Penh, even though the hotel itself is great. In summary, if you're looking for a hotel with excellent service, amenities, and a fantastic location in Phnom Penh, TRIBE is a great choice. Just be prepared for the room size and the cost, which, despite being on the higher side, might be justified by the quality of the experience offered.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at TRIBE in Phnom Penh and had an overall positive experience. On the plus side, the hotel boasts an amazing location that's both convenient and beautiful. It's very clean throughout, and the working space in the lobby is a fantastic touch. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, making the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities are modern and new, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast is another highlight - served on the rooftop with very good quality food and the view is simply breathtaking. The rooms are quiet and well-isolated, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Fantastic stay at the hotel. Harris was really helpful before and during the stay helping with a mobile phone SIM card and super friendly. Ms Sreyvin was fantastic at check in. Really pleasant and super organised. She was super efficient and welcoming.

Easily one of the best hotels in Phnom Penh city. From the vibrant interior design to the comfortable bed, everything in Tribe says detail-attentiveness. The staffs are always friendly and helpful. The space is cozy, fresh and always smell so good. Their rooftop bar, Hemisphere, offers great selections of food, tapas and cocktails with a very nice open-air ambience on the outside terrace. Overall, I love my stay here and will definitely come back :)

Breakfast - Hotel offered an English style breakfast but on the two occasions (we only stayed two nights) we had breakfast all of the food was either cold or cooked (badly.......eggs, sausage etc undercooked).

Rooms were excellent and hotel is in a great location within walking distance of lots of attractions and facilities. The river cruise jetty is a 5 minute walk away. Harris on reception was particularly helpful.
