I have never experienced staff as friendly and helpful as here. The hotel is beautiful, high ceilings, one can imagine dignitaries having stayed here when it was the American embassy. At the same time it is modernized. It's been a hotel for 10 years. I was upgraded to a junior suite without asking. Breakfast is ordered from a menu, lots of choices and excellent.

Beautiful, historic building with a huge, characterful room. We also had lovely a balcony. The pool was a very pleasant addition particularly in the high temperatures. The staff were extremely attentive & friendly. There were good breakfast choices in the attached coffee shop.

Excellent comfortable stay with lovely staff. Pet friendly. Breakfast was wonderful; cafe is very cute. Outside pool area is very nice. Pool was also suprisingly cool despite the extremely hot weather plaguing Cambodia this time of year. Very welcomed. Highly recommended classic hotel - a little oasis.

The breakfast was very nice and we had a choice of things that we wanted to eat. The cappuccino was also fabulous! The location was great, and the staff helped us get a little tuk tuk for wherever we wanted to go.

Everything was really nice at this hotel. The staff are wonderful. The breakfast was quite good and the staff allowed us to leave luggage there. We actually stayed at the hotel three different times during our stay in Cambodia because we need a place to leave luggage and we really like the hotel. I would highly recommend it.

Didn’t dislike anything.

This is an amazing hotel. Very friendly and polite staff. Fabulous coffee shop that turns into a bar for happy hour so you can enjoy cocktails by the pool.

Nothing at all... just perfect!

Staff were so friendly and kind. Delicious breakfast. Lovely little extra touches like a knock on the door delivering home made cookies in the afternoon, a free upgrade. Beautiful swimming pool open 24 hours. W had the most wonderful stay!

I didn't like that I was unable to stay longer. I could have stayed a week!!!!

The swimming pool was beautiful, clean but not too much chlorine. The rooms were big clean and comfortable with a unique design. The staff was polite and knowledge, even explaining the history of the building. The spa was good - massage therapist Davy was top tier. The Cafe/restaurant was so good that I did not really eat anywhere else.

Little oasis in a busy city. The staff are very friendly and help with any needs. The bedroom we had had a balcony and was a wonderful room. Breakfast was in a cafe attached to the hotel and was great with a section from a menu not buffet style.

very small niggle but barely any charging points in the room - legacy of an old building but don't let that put you off. It's not every day you get to spend the night in an ex- american embassy! Location a bit off the beaten track.

Gorgeous boutique hotel (used to be the American embassy so very grand and wonderful space). Rooms all a very good size and v comfy beds. Location quiet (but need to get a tuk tuk to restaurants). Breakfast and coffee very good. Pool was divine (lap pool). Staff absolutely delightful and could not have been more helpful. Great massage facilities - we had one every day.

Nothing to dislike

Breakfast was good quality but with limited western choice.Excellent bakery items and good French baguettes. Location of hotel excellent for most sights. 15 minute walk to Royal Palace and National Museum and a short tuk tuk ride to most others. Hotel has a nice pool to sit by after a day out. Staff were amazing. Always friendly,helpful and smiling. Rooms large, airy and very clean.

The swimming pool is nice, but it is surrounded by buildings so it becomes very hot and the sun shines for limited time.

I stay in many hotels, but don't often undertake reviews. For this hotel, I wanted to make an exception. It is a beautiful building with a lovely outside area, café and pool, despite being very central. The hotel is definitely boutique with wonderful rooms, and a very soothing atmosphere. All of the staff are charming, helpful and always happy. It is the most incredible value for money and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Fantastic location very friendly staff who did everything possible to meet our needs.upoon arrival we found we had been upgraded to suite.The pool is fantastic and is open 24hrs great when you wake at 2:00am very relaxing way to make yourself tired again.
