The water went off at 06:30 am on Thursday April 25th and did not come back on until around 07:00 am. If the government is implementing water rationing, and they tell you (Royal St. Kitts Hotel) that the water will be off, please share that information with me/your guests. That Thursday morning I had an important meeting at 08:00 am that I had traveled to St. Kitts to attend. I ended up being late for my meeting because the water was off. If I had known that the water would have been turned off, I would have stored some water or gotten up earlier and gotten showered and dressed. And yes, the staff told me that water was being rationed when I checked in.

I liked the location, the self catering room (which had everything I needed) and the television channel selections. Having a grocery, as well as several restaurants within walking distance was the cherry on top.

The staff and service were exceptional. They managed all variety of tasks that arise for a two week vacation. It was especially nice to cook in the fully stocked kitchen, play billiards and volleyball in the sand court, listen to live music at the outside bar, swim laps in the pool, go to the gym, and participate in the painting class. The property was secure and there was excellent parking.

Fabulous staff everyone was very nice, the room was great with a kitchen with everything we needed in it. The shower was very good and comfortable beds. There’s a local supermarket over the road. Taxis or walk to Frigate bay. We liked the Monkey bar for great shrimp tacos

The distance of my room from the front desk. The steps to room and no assistance with bags at checkin. Assistance had to be requested at checkout.

The studio hotel room was superb! High ceilings, all the amenities, very spacious, pool view, location of hotel, proximity to restaurants and supermarket.Gym was well equipped.

My favourite aspect of Royal St.Kitts hotel is the staff! This is my second time staying here and like the first time, every single member of staff I encountered made me feel welcomed and at home! I can’t stop singing their praises! The property is nice, and the bars and restaurants were awesome as well! I enjoyed all the meals and drinks I had on site. Having a grocery store a stone’s throw away is also nice, as i was able to stock up on essentials like drinking water, snacks etc. The location of the hotel is close to all the places i wanted to visit, which was great! Overall, I had a really enjoyable stay here, and I plan to stay here again next year!

Security lights on outside stairs not working but one fixed during stay. Lack of TV digital box (firestick had been removed) and remotes inoperable so no immediate access to channels. Fixed during stay but technician could only do so much.

Enormous size apartment with great facilities. Lovely views of mountain from back. Good food at the restaurant. pool looked lovely but did not try it. Nice area and all very clean and tidy. Lovely beach and clean and tidy. Helpful reception. Suggest a hire car would be useful to explore whole island tholugh there are taxis and local buses for short trips.

Beyond the hotel's control , the water supply would sometimes be cut off during the night. But didn't really impact us as it is usually sleep time.

It was a beautiful experience, very clean, very helpful and friendly staff in particular our little friend Jah. Food was good only the menu is quite limited. Drinks at the bar were on point. The location was great, close to everything.

The room was bigger and I did not expect it to be that amazing. The pool is right there close to the room. Beautiful view and is just amazing. Breakfast was really good with a calm location next to the lake. Love it.

There was only one saucepan in the kitchen area, a couple more would have been useful and maybe a couple of serving bowls. Otherwise the kitchen was well equipped!

All the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel and grounds were well kept and we felt very safe there. We really loved the pool and used it most days!

Loved the vibe of the resort, it was very quiet when we were there so we often had the second pool (right outside our room) to ourselves. The staff was super friendly and everything was very clean. Don't often say this but would return.

The food is…. Not good. I had success with the pizza, but pancakes were like bland dough- disgusting! Lobster cakes were awful, salad greens were fresh but wet with water. I tried the restaurant 4 times and the food was good only once. I complained to the manager, they need a better cook/ chef/ better prep/ better recipes.

Location is great, across the street from the Marriott and the Atlantic Ocean. Ten minutes from Turtle Beach and the Caribbean Sea. There are restaurants and full grocery store 2 minutes from the resort, in house physician practice, onsite laundry. Each room has a kitchen with all items needed to prepare a meal. I ate breakfast at the room daily.

Constant humming sound (I think coming from the Marriott hotel across the road), staff was not super helpful

Modern studios, very clean, on-site parking, although not located on a beach, the location is still convenient to visit St Kitts (if you have a car) - overall, alright value for money
