The check-in hour is a little bit late (3pm), when you arrive early be prepared to visit somewhere near to kill time.

The hotel is very convenient. Center and near all the metros line, but quiet not too loud even situated in Myeongdong. There is a lot of good coffee and restaurants around. The room is really clean, facilities new and the staff really friendly.

One day we couldn't take advantage of breakfast as we had a tour to the DMZ which started before breakfast time. We asked to be able to have a take away, but it was not possible. At the time of check out we returned the breakfast tickets, we were not offered even a minimum refund.

Great hotel located in the center of Seoul within easy reach of two metro stations. Spacious rooms, the hotel has a small gym and coin-operated laundry. Friendly and helpful staff. Possibility of currency exchange.

Very pleasant place to stay. Comfortable rooms. Location good, close to a few metro stations and quite close to main area of Myeongdong without being in middle of it. Nice cafe attached to restaurant. Generally, the nearby areas has many bars and restaurants but not many tourists use them but they are good and cheap, if you are happy to point and hope.

Amazing location, this hotel is located literally in the best spot to move around Seoul comfortable to visit the city. There are also plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants around it and a lot of tours starts in City Hall which is about 5min walking from the hotel. The hotel is also very clean, quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Seoul for 3-5 days.

The taxi driver did not know the location, cause in a small street. Anything else is ok many local restaurant around hotel. Staff in reception very helpful.

This is a well-located hotel as you are near the local eating places. It has a great vibe in the surrounding area and we found some good places to eat. The staff were very helpful.

Very little to offer in the way of things we didn't like. We would happily stay here again. We stayed twice in this hotel and we were not disappointed to return.

It was very disappointing there was no bathtub in the room and the design is a bit odd. There was only one door which is the door of the shower space and also the door of the bathroom. Quite weird!

The staff were super nice and helpful. They always offered their help if you needed. The location made it a plus as well. It is very accessible to everywhere because it is so close to the sub, just a few-minute distance.

Near many attractions and shopping centers breakfast was good, the room was spacious and super clean, We love the beds so comfy! the staff was kind and helpful Iris and Norah were specially helpful and patient explaining our way around on the subway. The gym was a plus as well

Perfect quiet location between a few subway lines and within walking distance to the palace and Myeongdong culture street. Very kind staff that stored our luggage for us even after checkout. Would stay again!

Small thing but while you are able to adjust the temperature of the ac/heat unit in the room by the degrees, individual rooms can’t change the setting between hot or cold. As a result we found the heat a bit overwhelming at first. However, the staff was very understanding and they provided a box fan as well as let us know that we could open the window in the room to help reach a more comfortable temperature for us during the nights. After that we were very comfortable for our entire stay!

This hotel room was such a comfort to us during our stay. Located right in the heart of Seoul, it was so easy to get anywhere we wanted to visit by walking from this location and it also was situated near several metro stations. Not only was it so close to all the central sightseeing spots, but there was also great food right in the neighborhood as well as in any direction you want to walk. The staff was so accommodating and kind, I felt very supported as a foreigner visiting for the first time. They even went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and they even helped us on numerous occasions, for example they helped us order food delivery one night and they helped us order a taxi that met our specific needs for an early morning ride back to the airport. They also had cards available to help ensure guests could easily find their way back by taxi if ever needed, and they are willing to store luggage for guests if they need this before or after the days of their stay. The hotel is beautiful and clean, as were all the facilities and our room. If it would have been warmer I would’ve loved to hangout in their rooftop area. We tried the breakfast buffet the first day and I we really appreciated the traditional foods included and how kind the staff were to everyone, even though we chose to eat out in the city the other days. Our room was spacious enough to fit us easily and small enough to feel cozy. The bathroom is a little capsule style but we appreciated the facilities it offered nonetheless. Our beds were very comfortable and we had a view of the city, as well as lots of interesting safety measures. Overall, my family and I were very happy with the location, staff, and amenities. I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again!
