Bath towels were more like hand towels, no coffee mugs. Area was good but taxi or uber not available at later hours from train station.

The key to the main door did not work. Other than that it was perfect.

The apartment was spacious and had good facilities. The beds were amazing. There was coffee and water machines. Free parking available and very good. Close to shopping. View to the beach.

Not a very good localisation because very far from anything interesting in Busan (but we took bus or taxi to go there). And it was lacking a few tools but nothing too important.

This appartment was very clean. Practical and high tech. It was also spacious for our family of four. Beautiful view. We recommend !

Foreigners need to check in at the office, which was not easy to find and was not inform in advance on the need to check in with passport.

Convenient, quiet, perfect for family to have light meals, enjoy sea view, and a short walk to the most beautiful temple in korea.

They only provided hand towels in the rooms. When we asked for bath towel, they said they did not have any. I am not sure if this is a Korean thing coz the hotel in Jeju also provided us with hand towels only. So please do check with them about bath towels before hand or bring your own. The location wasn't ideal. The property was about 900 m to 1 Km to the nearest train station (Osiria station) I felt that was the only downside.

The property was very modern and well equipped. We stayed in a Partial Ocean Terrace Suite (2rooms) There was a washing machine and dryer. Even detergent was provided. The toilets were modern and well stocked with shampoo and body wash. The toilet seats were heated which was so nice when staying during winter. Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and the property was very clean. Staff were attentive and came immediately when we called for assistance. Kids could hook up their PS and we had Youtube and Netflix on the TV. There was a big departmental store and supermarket around the corner and lots of places to eat within walking distance. We were also greeted with a beautiful sunrise every morning from our balcony. The Haedong Yonggungsa temple was a about 1 km from the property. That is a must visit place.

The check in was mind boggling. Instructions were not clear. I was only given a pin and nothing else so I had expected there is only 1 block and the reception would be obvious. When I arrived, there were several blocks and the reception was no where to be found. My friend and I had to search around and get a nearby apartment’s staff to call the number provided before a staff came out to get us and lead us to the place to check in. It was so obscure it would have been difficult to find on our own. Bath towels were not available although each day, many face/hand towels were provided. As it is a Sustainable property, the walkway was motion sensor enabled which made it a little dark and scary to walk through alone. The apartment only has option of white lighting. It would be good to have a choice of white or warm lighting.

The apartment was big and extremely clean. The mattresses and bedding were comfortable. Appreciate equipment such as coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, etc. There is also ample supplies of crockery available. Every room has a view of the ocean which is great.

The room had no towels, it had a unclean smell , the room had no hot water. Would probably never stay again. The staff were friendly and helpful
