The hotel facility is limited. Seem like it has shared facilities between 2 hotel brand. The hotel was very good and fully functions before covid-19. The location and the view are very good. Nearby big department store and shopping area. Calm and silent during nighttime. The staff well perform and willingness to service and care. The room condition meet the standard with comfortable and cleanness. Parking included but limited space.

1.There were scratches on the wall paper all over the room. 2. Our room has an area under the tv where its not fully blocked off so we get woken up early in the morning because light comes in easily.

We like that the bed is big, soft and really comfortable to sleep in. Some amenities will have so be purchased on site but otherwise shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap is provided. Also, there is a BBQ chicken place and convenience store inside the hotel so it is very convenient and it is only a walk away from Lotte Mall and Lotte Mart, bus stops and the subway.

Strong smell of sewers emanating from the bathroom floor's drain. It was somewhat fixed by pouring water inside dried out drain. But it still left me wondering why the hotel staff didn't consider it a problem before our arrival.

The bed is hard. Not comfortable for me. I need to keep tossing and turning through the night so my side won’t be numb or feel discomfort. Also the tv, didn’t work. No English translation, so we were not able to use it. If you’re a tourist and exploring Busan, you might want to stay to Heundai Area, that’s were the Lotte World Adventure, sky capsule, sea life and Heundai Beach. It’s 30-40 mins travel from this hotel via taxi. But if you don’t mind the travel then this a perfect hotel. The good thing about the travel too is no traffic.

That it’s a walking distance 5-8 mins walk to Lotte Mall. 20-30 mins away from the airport. It’s convenient when the weather is raining. You still have a place to stay and hang out with if you don’t want to travel to places. The view is also spectacular either day time or night time. It’s 10 mins going to BIFF, Jagulchi/Gukje market via taxi. If you are a walker, you can actually walk for maybe 20 mins going to BIFF. The cleaners are great. Always change our towels everyday and give us bathroom toiletries and the complimentary water. The front desk can also speak English.

The inflated price of the room due to the Busan international film festival. We believe that almst three times the normal rate was excessive.

Sadly only 3 elevators for 24 floor building, if there are many people it can take 20 min to finally get onto it.

it’s not centrally located so a bit far from tourist places but accessible by public transport.. nothing much around the hotel area

Came to Busan to watch the BTS concert.. this hotel still had an affordable rate when booking.. Room was surprisingly spacious and very clean - was on a high floor and had a nice view of the harbour..a quiet neigbourhood at night but very safe..

The property is old, with no facilities other than massage service which you need to pay; and just 2 washers and dryers to serve the entire hotel. Only able to have the washer at odd hours or in the middle of the night. The toilet has an unpleasant sewage smell and the heater made vibrating noise throughout the night. Couldn’t sleep well. We have requested for a change of room, but it was not arranged. There are many tour groups staying in this hotel and the lifts are always crowded and not able to get in.

Near Nampo station, about 7 minutes walk across a harbour bridge. Many eateries and shops around the station, and a big shopping mall with a big supermart linked to the station.
