breakfast are really complete with fruits , eggs , porridge, toast etc and really good. The hosts are really nice and kind and don't hesitate to talk with you. It's really close to subway . We made really good memories there.

The breakfast there is absolutely delicious with great variety compared to other guesthouse. The owners there are very nice and helpful -- they offered me help and invited me for dinner. I hope I can stay longer.

It was a bit noisy one night at 12am, so you probably might get unlucky with neighbours, but the guesthouse itself is perfect, especially for the price.

The guesthouse owner is a very nice person, which is very important for guesthouses. The breakfasts may not be diverse, but nevertheless delicious. We especially liked the homemade jam :) Located close to a metro station in the center, but in a quite neighborhood.

We stayed in a spacious Twin Room with private bathroom on the upper floor; towels are small but it didn’t bother me & you can always get another one if you find it small for you. Had the best time staying here as the location is super convenient: restaurants, convenience stores, grocery, shops (including a floral store) & public transport is only a few minutes walking distance. Even though there’s a busy main road nearby it was quiet & the house is hidden, nestled between buildings which make it look cosy & safe. Enjoyed seeing locals going about their business; seeing fresh seafood & meat display at nearby shops, like a mini outdoor market. I’m so glad we stayed here instead of going back to touristy & noisy Myeongdong area. The hosts were wonderfully accommodating as we checked in early & they even served us breakfast & carried our luggage upstairs. Both are well travelled & knowledgeable of places to see, hiking & food; I learned how to make somaek (beer & soju) with bubbles. This place will make you feel like your home away from home as the hosts are super friendly & are willing to share their delicious home cooked food; have a few drinks with you & other guests in the evening, exchanging stories & experiences. I’ll never forget the homemade kimchi, seaweed, mushroom soup and the smell of freshly baked bread. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of the room as I was food obsessed. Can’t wait to come back to Seoul & stay here again!

Everything is fine. Here is just a suggestion: if the mattress, blanket and bedsheet could upgrade to more comfortable quality, it will be greater.

It was a pleasant stay, in a single room with private toilet. very convenient location, subway station is just a minute walking distance. There are eateries, cafes, and a market nearby. Thanks nice host for the early check in arrangement. ^^ suitable for solo travelers. sure will recommend to others.

The bedroom and the bunk beds felt small in comparison to other places I stayed, and there were no curtains around the beds. I was out exploeing nearly all day however so this wasnt a problem for me as I was really only spending time in the room to sleep.

The hosts are fab, so welcoming and invited us to eat with them at the kitchen table. They even had previous visitors coming back to visit for the evening. They were so friendly, sharing a joke with the visitors and recommending things to do or see. There were fresh towels available whenever needed, and you could use the kitchen no problem. The room was very quiet and kept lovely and clean. There were lockers in the room, and the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. The location was good too, I walked home from the city centre most nights, and the metro line is very close to the property.Overall I had a very good experience here and it was really great value for money.

Breakfast is simply and good. The lady boss cook something different to compliments the breakfast very morning. Both the owner and the lady are very friendly. When you are drinking Soju at the dinning table, the owner to dish out somethings to go with your Soju and he will join you. Good, Good. Location is very ideal. Right in front is the airport Limo bus station and also the subway station. Lively location with many restaurants and shops around.

It was all fantastic!

I couldn't give anything less than a 10/10 for Agit. The owners are just so nice & accommodating. They go above and beyond to make sure all their guests are taken care of. They are such friendly, lovely people. They love to share food. Their breakfasts are great. My room was clean and comfortable. The location is great, only a minute walk from Yaksu Metro station. Excellent value for money in Seoul!

The guest house is very cozy and well located, it's close to every main attraction. I stayed there for more than a month and I would stay more if I could. The place is very nice, but the best of all is the hosts. They treated me so well, I felt like home. I had a really nice stay because of them. The breakfast was always very good, I didn't feel hungry for a long time.

Please notice this is a guesthouse, not a hostel or hotel. You will live in the house of the owners. The atmosphere is really intimate and you don´t really have any place to hang out but your room unless you want to hang out with the home owners in the kitchen and living room. You can´t really cook either because there is no place in the fridge and it´s a bit bothersome for the home owners. You can´t really stay out late because others will hear you enter and the home owners´ room is adjacent to the kitchen and slightly open during nights. Also, you can hear all the noise from the kitchen in your room, so you will wake up early. I found other guests during breakfast time very annoying and loud which made breakfast hard to enjoy. I wish they would shut up for once. In short, the rooms are not soundproof and you can hear all the discussion outside. There are bars outside so if you are lucky to stay near the main door then you will hear that too. The room has a small heater which you have to share with other guests so it´s a bit cold. The rooms are a bit small. I recommend this place if you are social butterfly and want to know other people. If you want privacy then I would look somewhere else.

The owners of the house are really nice and sweet! They are really attentive. The breakfast was really good and I got a good nights sleep. There are free coffee, tea and small towels at disposal.

The owners were the best. I enjoyed my stay, they really make you experience the korean home. The food was delicious and the hosts are so nice. It was a very happy trip staying there. I'm going to reserve there in my next trip to Korea.

i did not have something that uncomfort me. Just it may the water in the bath room, sometimes took time to warm when i need it soon for taking bath.

i love the hospitality of the owner. Mr Rex and his wife was so kind and helpful during our stay. Before arrived, Rex have given information about how to get the questhouse and leave his phone number. I have asked him several times, and he always fast respond on replying. Thank you, Rex and Unnie. One more, this guesthouse near to bus stop for Incheon airport, only need to cross by after walking for 100m from guesthouse. This place also near to Yaksu station (subway) exit 7 or 6 and is not far from Seoul station. Where you find subway station, you will be easy going everywhere.

Location very near the subway. It was a pleasant stay with the guesthouse owners as well as the other guests, they are very welcoming and very helpful. All the food served for breakfast were great!

It was not too loud but it's low season I guess. Could get louder in summer.

The hosts are very welcoming. Everything in the room and the guesthouse is convenient. The beds were confortable. Despite winter weather the radiator was enough to warm the room. The bathroom was easy to dry. Wardrobe is enough for clothes for a couple of days. Very close to subway, not far form central locations. Convenience stores and Korean food cafes are all around. Papa Jones is also a 5-min walking distance.

Lovely hosts who helped give information about the area, were keen hikers themselves so gave insider tips for this, and they were so lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was great and everything was so clean. It is also really close to the subway and so easy to access the rest of Seoul from. All toiletries included.
