Toilet is big but sink is outside which is weird. No floor mat provided hence when u wash up at the sink it will make the floor wet. It will be better if sink is in the toilet.

Nothing to complain about - you get what you see in the pictures and as described on the room details .

The location was top notch , just aside to the Busan KTX rail station and with the sub way right across as well- all the advantages of a central location. Our double bed room was decent sized ( for 2 people) and we thought the basic but adequate breakfast menu made it a very good value proposition ( we had a breakfast inclusive rate obviously ). Convenience stores within a couple of minutes away with plenty of restaurant options as well , in the hotel’s lane . Daily cleaning was a welcome feature and we found our room clean and tidied on all evenings we came back from our sightseeing .

I didn’t like the layout of the room and the bed was on the floor so there wasn’t a bed frame. The room didn’t have adequate towels only had the one time use shower towels. The cleaners were much friendlier than the reception staff.

Right next to Busan station with lots of eateries and convenient stores nearby. The room was equipped with really good internet and also had a bath tub too.

Upon check in, the pillow sheets and bedsheets were stained and looks yellow. The staff changed the pillow sheets and bedsheets the next day and it was ok. The furniture in the room were dated and looks old. Only 4 small towels were given to us. No big towels. We had no choice but used all 4 small towels. No safe in the room.

The location is good. Right next to Busan KTX Station. The room is spacious. The room amenities were good - Toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, shampoo, conditioner and bath gel. Complimentary drinking water.

There appeared to be a jet functionality in the bath but was not working.

We managed to get a booking last minute for this hotel and it was very affordable. From the moment we walked in, we were glad we booked as it looks and smells appealing upon entrance. Room was large and comfortable with a very large bathroom and bath.

There was no formal restaurant. Breakfast was plated.

The location was central. It was right next to the Busan train station. There was also a metro station just next to the hotel. There were many restaurants and convenience stores in the area. It was also just across popular tourist areas (Texas street and Chinatown). The location was perfect and we certainly got our value for money.

The room was so big! Which is something you rarely experience in Korea or Japan. It had a modern touch to it and a huge jacuzzi. We had plenty of amenities and services, soundproof and room temperature was perfect. They also had the room ready so we were able to check in early.

Bed was a little too hard. There was basically no window, just a very small "window" that if you keep open you can hear the hustling of the street downstairs. Would have liked more breakfast variety for Western customers. Breakfast coffee was yuck.

Very nice location next to the Busan train station. 2 min walk from subway, bus stop, taxi stand. Located near many restaurants, cafes, and mini-markets. Restaurants also nearby and you always have the ones in the station. Room was VERY spacious. Floor heating was amazing. Bathroom had large tub (for 2 persons) and a large shower. Towels were small but changed daily. Fridge available as well as tea and coffee amenities. Breakfast was basic but enough (bread/toast, jam, butter, eggs, fried rice, beef bulgogi, sausages, fruits).

Excellent location to train and metro. Near to lots of eateries and a few stops from Nampo and Jagalchi. Rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. Free washing machine and dryer use. It was perfect for us !

Pretty much everything was great. from the location to the room itself even though it's not much (no view or window) it's a perfect place to just spend the night and explore the city in the morning. it was all very comfortable. The staff also was super nice and they allowed us to check in early at about 12:00 pm which was extremely appreciated. Also, it's a 1 min walk from Busan station which was the cherry on top.

The mattress was so hard that we couldn't sleep well. It was like sleeping on the floor. The breakfast was a prepared plate (egg, half sausage, half banana, (sometimes) spam, half small orange, a piece of apple and some type of cabbage) with slice industrial bread and very few other items. It was always the same and not very good.

The room was big and with space for a desk and a small table. The staff was nice and the location very convenient.
