The bathroom shower was fully open on both sides allowing water to fully spill out every time we took showers, meaning the floor was constantly wet

Room was very large with loads of space for clothes and had a large comfortable bed. The staff were really friendly and allowed us to check in early. The hotel is well situated between many of the main sights that we wanted to see, and near public transport lines. There were plenty of great places to eat surrounding the hotel.

There was 1 male receptionist who was extremely rude. Breakfast is 14.0000 Won, and be on time because they start closing breakfast at 9.30. Aircon is a bit loud.

Location is great, close to subway, in the middle of the buzz but very quiet, even though our Cinema room was directly above a bowling alley. Room very spacious, toilet and shower separated. Great value for money in this area.

Difficult to locate, entry was a covered passageway beside a coffee shop called The Twosome Place. Safe didn’t work in the bedroom and staff were alerted. These things need checking before guests arrive.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, nicely decorated . Loved the layout of the bathroom - but one doesn’t spend a lot of time in there. BIG to screen too for those ten lovers Hotel not easy to find at first, located in a busy area.

The superior double room was huge and beautifully appointed. Our stay on the seventh floor was very quiet. Breakfast was good, especially the cook your own croffles! Staff were helpful and it was very good value. Location is very handy to market and restaurants.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Would work well for a work trip but isn't ideally located if you're in Busan as a tourist - we had to take several buses/underground to get to some of the touristic spots. It is very close to an underground station though, so easy to access from the train station.

Didn't really bother us but if you have light sleep, you can hear some traffic noise but only on the weekends (it's pretty quiet on weekdays).

Great hotel, spacious room, good breakfast (with both korean and western options), they allowed us to check-in a bit earlier. The hotel is located in the heart of Seomyeon area with a huge offer of cafes, bars, restaurants of all sorts, shops etc, and tube station is about 6-7min walking. Busan is a very extended city so in terms of main touristic attractions there are not many in this area (most of them are near Gwangalli, Haeundae or near BIFF Square) but you can get there easily with the tube or even in Uber/taxi which are quiet cheap in Korea.

The auto light switch at the entrance was too sensitive, switching on and off repeatedly even when we are not near the door.

Excellent location near subway station. A lot of shopping n restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke English for easy communication.

The corridor in front of the bathroom had an automatic light that we could not turn off. So I'm the middle of the night when using the bathroom it would wake the other person sleeping.

The room was spacious and I loved being able to watch some modern TV.

Handheld shower head which took a long time for the water to heat up. The tap in the bathroom sink made a very loud noise when turning it on, and would make this noise without us using it - this happened in the middle of the night twice during our stay.

Comfortable beds, bath tub in the room, great location close to restaurants and a subway station, friendly and helpful staff.

Mostly korean channel TV. Prefer a TV that I can watch netflix or cast video from my phone.

The hotel is exceptional under many aspects: we loved the ultramodern design of the room, the amazing view from... the shower!, and the extremely convenient position to visit Busan. We will come again!
