The only thing to help improve the stay would be larger Bath towels

We had a twin room a bit on the small side. It was an awkward bathroom arrangement as the door opened next to the head of one bed. Bath shower arrangement with no curtain so the floor got wet. Small cramped side streets.

Best air conditioning, with floor heating Staff very helpful. No issues getting our car from the parking garage, just tell staff what time and it’s organised. Nice substantial free breakfast Its in walking distance of the restaurant club area.

It is located in an entertainment district with many boutique hotels, inns and restaurants.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Simple and nice interior. The essential toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers are provided for the guests.

Shower booth was not well elevated which caused continuous flood in the bathroom. We cannot blame for the surroundings but the hotel’s located in the very centre of night life district. If you are not a big fan of such, keep that in your mind.

Bed was very comfortable, the best sleep while staying in Korea! Second, we made the most of the safe.

I would appreciate it if I had been informed about the housekeeping hours, which are until 5 pm. I made the request as the adjacent room was being cleaned, but unfortunately, the staff seemed displeased with my inquiry.

I have had the pleasure of staying here several times, and each visit has been consistently delightful. I am grateful for the excellent services provided throughout my stays.

There is construction on 3 sides of the building . We had to change our room as we were looking directly at a crane.

Noise. Location was good, but also bad: it's in a drinking alley area, so I could hear people until 5am. Then the noise from construction started around 6am. (It's not the hotel's fault, but just be aware if you plan on booking.) So while the bed was comfortable, I couldn't sleep at all from the noise. And the water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor. If you don't mind these factors, it's a decent accommodation.

Location was convenient to reach some of the highlights of the city and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and bars. Clean for the most part. They parked the car for us in the garage.

There was construction work nearby, but with the windows closed the noise is well reduced

Stayed in a standard double room for 8 nights. The hotel is in a lively area with many restaurants close to public transport. The standard room was a good size with excellent bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There was a fitness suite and laundry room both free to use. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
