Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainAmazing price - quality deal! The hotel is nice, clean and has all you need for a comfortable stay in Busan, we had an amazing view of the city from our hotel room ♥️. The hotel is not in the noisy crowded touristic area, yet it is pretty centric, located in the city’s financial district, very close to the metro line 2 station so you can go anywhere easily and there are always taxis in front of the hotel, would come again if we travel to Busan again in the future!

- Location : In the center of the city. Some nice shops / restaurants / snacking (Puradak Chicken black garlic chicken is a must-try) stores close to the hotel (15min walk). Around 30min away by bus from the railway station (Bus 82, 6min walk from the hotel). Quite far from touristic places on the eastern part of Busan (Haeundae beach is more than 1h by bus…) but remains a good location. - Breakfast : Breakfast is quite diverse, and served from 7am - Gym : Being two people who use to go to the gum regularly, the gym is way better than most hotels we have been too, and a real big positive point in our stay. - Staff : Everyone was kind and helpful - Room: Room was looking like the picture and really confortable

LithuaniaLocation is quite distant from main attractions. A chef cook was in restaurant sneezing and coughing like carzy during breakfast. And he was serving food at the same time wearing only the simpliest face mask (we all lived through covid and know thing or two about efficiency of diff. masks tyoes now...).

Great variety for breakfast, location is very close to one of the metro lines, the other important line is about 15 minutes walk. We were given a room at the high floor too which is great as we can enjoy the view at night.

United StatesThe room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom, closet, area to put luggage and bed were all very nice. The staff were there to help with anything you need, and the elevators are quick when you need them. I had no issues with my stay, and will definitely use them again when I travel to Busan. There's also an emart right next to the hotel if you have any late night convenience needs. There's plenty of food options around as well. You're not far from Busan Station either, and traveling to other places from the hotel is quite easy as well. I would definitely recommend Avani Central Busan!
