The room was really big and clean. The windows a really soundproof and if you are on the sixth floor and above you have a great view on the Busan Tower. The hotel is in a quiet area but you have a big shopping street around the corner.

There is not enough hanging rack or cupboard for clothing. One of the room has no door for the bath tub. Need to check in before 6pm and a bit rush if your flight is delayed.

Location is good as very near to Subway and BIFF and nearby good cum shopping area. One of the room with big toilet and door for the bathtub.

Transparent shower glass can be seen from the room . Lack of hooks inside the shower and bathroom. No night light. Temperament TV , plays up , hard to get it going . No lobby , more a motel than a hotel .

Location was convenient, close to the mall, market and shops.

We have to thank one more time the hotel manager for his exceptional helpfulness when I got a health problem. He came with us to the hospital, made all the formalities as translator and talked with the doctors about my problem so that I received a very good treatment.

There was noise from hallway and guests which made for poor sleep each of the 3 nights!! The mattress pad was heavy plastic and that was not comfortable, kinda felt like kids camp experience. Also, every flush and draining of sink tub or shower was heard. They could also benefit from the bottom of chairs having a rubber cover as every slide was also heard. Despite these things I loved the location.

Espresso machine at reception and room had powdered mix. Location was excellent They also stored baggage

The location was amazing, the staff were super friendly and very helpful. One of the front desk employees that worked the morning shift went the extra mile and beyond for us. One of the cleaning ladies, Young Chu (sorry for butchering the spelling), was SO cute and friendly. She didn’t speak a word of English, but still talked to us as people she knew

I forgot a plastic bag with souvenirs in my room. The morning after I checked out, I called the property many times from another hotel. They called back telling me that they threw the bag in the trash. Then I wrote them via booking and they were insisting there was no plastic bag with souvenirs. They stopped replying to my messages and didn't help me at all, they were just lying... So racist, no respect for foreigners, like most places in Korea unfortunately. They could have waited at least one day to throw my things but they didn't. They probably kept the plastic bag too, since they were accumulating a lot of useless stuff in the stairs (chairs, food, shoes, etc...)

Not respectful with foreigners. Good location. Clean. WiFi was good but the property has no idea how to deal with foreigners.

Beds are very hard and not really comfy. Lights are complicated to turn on and off. All in all an okay stay in a really good environment. (close to fish market and lots of stores, restaurants and bars)

Quite spacious room with fridge, clothes refresher. Mosquito nets at the window. Kettle with instant coffee.

Staff was unfriendly and sarcastic, totally ruined our day. After traveling for long hours, we arrived 2 hours before check in time. When asked if we could check in early, very quickly the make staff said check in is 4pm and that there’ll be charges for early check in. There was no response to my messages prior to me arriving, AT ALL. We waited until 4pm and during check in, there were no instructions given except that check out time is 12pm! Floors were not clean, there was dirt and even a toothpick! There’s also flies and mosquitos in the room 🤢
